The light of the bathroom is not enough(too dark) and the aircondition is making too much noise

Very congested; chaotic outside the hotel; elevator old and scary; room lighting is dim; hallway is wanting lighting; check out procedure is slow; food during the dinner buffet is unappetizing and lacked flavor and variety; even the breakfast buffet is a frustration; staff is not friendly and seldom offers a smile ( even a fake smile at that); shower facility at room 1103 is needing repair and good maintenance

The room was good they clean it everyday but the corridors and floors are not clean. The dining area is small there's a lot of visitors. Only 2 lifts available despite a lot of visitors.

Accesible to public transport and very close to SM Cebu City and Seaside SM

That there are smart tv’s in the hotel (every room) but have internet restriction and as a foreigner you are stuck to watch cable tv where I can’t understand a single thing This for having Bigg smart tv’s and being a 4 star hotel is disappointing.. Yes I could connect to wifi but somehow you can’t connect to Netflix / YouTube , etc.. on there tv.. So yeah it was straight to bed at night instead of a nice movie night with my partner

I am expecting a one queen bed for both of us but turns out that we got a room with 2 beds instead. This is i think the 3rd time that we availed a room with 2 beds, which they fused in one, just to accommodate our request but it is kind of a hassle.

Bayfront in North Rec. has always been our go to hotel whenever my hubby arrives in the Philippines. We are from Daanbantayan, North of Cebu and its location is near to the public amenities like the Van terminal, malls and others. So that's one that i really like the most, its accessibility.

The free breakfast was too expensive when we had the extra person that visited us. Not much selections or old when you come later. Best to come as they open. The table was greasy both times we came in.

The bed was a bit firm to my liking. Myself being a light sleeper, I didn't have a great sleep overnight from the outside noise from the bus terminal across the road

During check in time staff ask me to pay when in fact it was already paid. It’s a very busy hotel and plenty of quests.

Checking in and out took a very long time. Lobby was too small to accomodate everyone waiting to check-in and check-out same time.

Great location. Close to SM City and Mactan Airport. Breakfast included and food selection was great for the price! We had a good night rest.

I hope they would provide 2 chairs. We love to drink coffee while looking at a view and it is hard that one of us (me and my husband) would stand since they only provide 1 chair.

It is a good location near SM and compared to other hotels they were lower in price and have a good breakfast..the facilities were good , staffs were super friendly and helpful. I have been in this hotel for the nth time.

The bedsheets and pillow covers are old and with stains, room not properly cleaned (dusty everywhere), breakfast buffet needs improvement regarding replenishing empty displays & food options, cockroach was seen on the plate, some cups are not properly washed, etc.

Staffs are accommodating and friendly and they were able to provide my crib request for my baby. Fast response to requests when we had issue with air-condition temperature, slippers & tissue requests.

i didn't like that I requested for a queen size bed and it was not granted, though I understand that you didn't have a vacant room during our stay but I did book my stay way ahead of time and I had pay a little extra for it so we can have a large bed with my husband.

The room is good and the breakfast is superb. I like how its super near the SM just a walking distance to the Hotel.
