The reception was awful !!!!! There is this glass sheild 6 feet high in front of the customer ..... what are the staff expecting .... a rabid dog or ranging lion ??? The staff couldnt hear me and I couldnt hear them - dreadful !!!!!!! The staff are rude and obviouly dont like customers !!!!

The bed had ants that we did not have a good sleep. Fruits being served in the restaurant is dry and old. The shower room light blinks when the heater is in use.

The pillow covers have a not a good smell.

The room is clean and staff are very accommodating. No early check-ins fee unlike the other hotels/resort we booked before. The restaurant has a good ambiance and the food is great and worth the price. I will definitely book again with the family.

The policy about smoking beside the pool is not clear. Some customers said they were allowed to smoke but when we talked to the staff, they said it’s not allowed, they should place a non-smoking area near the pool since it’s a public area.

The elevator is so slow.

The location is very strategic as it is situated just in front of the beach. The staff are very accommodation. There is a personnel in charge of cleaning the floor from time to time as passersby from the beach brings sands in their slippers. There are lots of choices on the breakfast buffet counter.

The staff in their restaurant doesn’t know their stuff, they are slow and rude at times, when you ask then questions they will ask you to wait and the lady from the front bar is super rude! She is texting while getting our order which resulted to unheard orders! Very very rude!

I love the cleanliness of our room- from beddings to comfort room! A real comfort. The food they serve is exceptional!!! A must try restaurant if you are in Baler! I love how accommodating the front desk officers are, they made us feel welcomed!! I love the swimming pool too located in the 2nd floor of the building! Our dogs were soooo relaxed the whole time!!

They are very unresponsive. I sent a message via this app, facebook msgr, and instgram. They only replied in instgram after a couple of days. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a birthday cake, asked them about availability but they did not help nor responded. Check in was slow. Building is old

unfortunately the actual room just looked like it was not finished, no bulbs in the light units, no kettle for the coffee and cups in the room. The Wifi was worse then. useless.

The location and staff are great and you have direct access to beach and boardwalk. We stayed for the new year and the hotel had an event that was very good

I did'nt like that the hotel wants to charge us p200 each per hour for early check in. In some hotels thay let you in if the room is ready.

The room seems a bit unclean especially the floor is slippery. The towels and the beddings didn't smell nice and for some reason it looks like it hasn't been clean properly. The pool side could have been more nice if they have put more lights, it was a bit dark at night.

hotel and their restaurant is overlooking the ocean. You can watch the surfers while having a meal - what a treat. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. The hotel's restaurant has a lot to offer and food are good. It also has its own bakery and bake bread and pastries every day. The bakery also make their own pizza dough. The pool is located in the upper part of the hotel and overlooking the ocean also. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We would stay in this hotel again.

I think the food is all about cornstarch haha somehow its delicious, But my suggestion is that I think the food is much better in natural way of cooking, But totally it's delicous, it will be perfect when it cooked naturally.

The food service is a little too slow, I think the hotel is understaffed. The breakfast buffet needs to be replenished without the guests asking for it.

I love how the hotel is close to everything . Loved thw food, the room is decent.
