OMG it was incredible. Specially the staff. I don't remember the name of the mam who was there attending us, but she is INCREDIBLE. She cleaned out room every day. The breakfast was incredible with fresh fruit, exquisite coffe with milk, eggs, mango jam....I loved to be there ❤️

Location it was a fair distance from the beach / centre. It was not a problem for us as we hired scooters from the hotel @ 500 Paso's per day, awesome

The mosquito net for the bed was very small and also with some holes. Ground floor could use some new interior.

Location is I short ride from the center, but this is nog a problem.

The host was super nice and helped us out when needed. Also the garden was nice and relaxed.

The stay in Alumbug cottage was very nice, we loved the place and the tranquility. We especially enjoyed our stay thanks to Tata, the lady who looked after the place, she was very welcoming and we enjoyed her company very much. Although the roosters and the planes flying out from Panglao airport are a bit loud at night (we recommend earplugs) it is still definitely worth staying here. Beautifully decorated and looked after!

The roosters are really crazy, the screaming was so much louder than I expected and I was staying at a cottige once with a rooster underneath! Plus the sound on the plane woke us up (and we were wearing earplugs all the time). The pillow was shaking and my heart too :) The location is quite away from alona beach, so we had to take many tricycle rides adn walked home only once. I wound wish we'd book a room at alona beach, which is still not so touristy and loud as other SE Asia touristic places... Maybe also the stairs down from the bedroom to the bathroom aren't so convenient for someone who has to go to the toilet during the night (I would recommend different room).

We really liked the unique house. And the breakfast was great! The people were nice and helpful. I liked the curtain over the bed. The swimming pool was also nice, though we didn't use it much.

While the location is great to get around Panglao, the way the area has developped, you cannot quite eacape the airport and Party relaxed noises. But we had prolonged our stay from 2 to 3 days anyway, because this is just a minor thing and if you only stay a few days it's totally fine.

The place is really really nice. I had the Queen Size Bedroom and my friends had one of the Villas....both are worth the money and the garden is also very lovely to chill in.

The airport is very close so you will hear every plane pretty loudly. We missed basic amenities in the accommodation like hairdryer, shower gel. We had kettle but no cups or spoons, but we asked for it and shortly we were provided. The bed was a bit small for us and the mattress was a bit hard. In the second day of the stay the place ran out of sweet tap water, so the water coming out from all taps was salty. That wasn’t really pleasant, but the host lady provided us with galon of water, so that helped a bit.

The host was very friendly and nice. The place is nice and surrounded by nature in peaceful area. The accomodation is quite big and well maintained, clean.

The hut was too basic for me and the noize from the airplanes during the night are very unpleasant - maybe the other rooms are better value.
