Bathrooms need renovation, as the bath / shower combination is not well designed. Food variety at breakfast is boring, and having dinner there was unimpressive. Potentially, it could be a really great hotel . . .

We had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable, but the bathrooms need updating. Food quality is not what I expected. It could be better. Overall, it was still great . . .

There is no elevator though it’s only 4 floors hotel, it is not easy to use the stairs specially if you are with small kids. There is no chair to sit in aside from the beds. Furnitures (tables and tv tables) were old. Towels and blankets are also old need replacement.

Mosquitoes in room. Asked for spray at reception. None showed up. Had to go reception a second time. My partner , daughter, motherinlaw were bitten by mozzies. How can one enjoy the stay?

I think our room had bed bugs, me, my wife, and daughter, each got bites.

It was near the city plaza, lots of small shops near by, and the public transport passes near by. Nice bed, had a good night's sleep, they gave us pool access at almont inland resort, needed to ride a jeep though.

No electric kettle,utensils,spoon cup glasses. Bottled drinking water no refill. Only 1 towel provided once settled in the room. Had to request for another one and they happily send another one. Just purchase your own bar of soap and shampoo. Haha the one provided is not enough No cable tv running during our stay.

Shuttle service. Huge help specially we arrived around 7pm and light showers happen on that night. Hailing public transport a bit difficult if it does not have the shuttle service. Breakfast. No complains,it does its job.

I thought the unit I booked comes with the toothbrush and slippers, but there's no slippers and toothbrush inside the unit, and the Aircon was not that cold.

I like all the staff very friendly and the shuttle driver is so mabait even my flight was so delayed.

For a Family Room, it didnt adhere to its needs. 1. The sockets are barely useable and needs repair 2. There are no hampers for clothes/laundry 3. Not a detachable shower 4. No switches for the exhaust fan in the CR.

As a foreigner I find the free breakfast menu to be very limiting, at least for my taste. Otherwise the food is fine.

Great pricing for our stay. Stayed one night to transfer to the airport, a short drive away. Enjoyed their restaurant food. Staff were helpful and nice and carried our bags to the 4th floor

we went back because our stay in room 406 is the coolest. when we went back, we stayed at 408 unfortunately, there a lot of ants. Improvement lang sana sa parking and menu breakfast. 4 na nga (Corned beef, Longanisa, Fried chicken and Fish), naubusan pa ung fist. The staff,first and foremost. lahat mababait,courteous, may cute guy pa nag nagturo saamin sa margie's 😁 ung uniform skirt ng mga woman staff, Parang gusto kong mang arbor, ang ganda! proud Pinoy hindi corney. and of course, the ambiance.very homie. I love your margherita pizza, the best! We stayed Aug 23 to 24. bumalik pa kmi ng Aug 26-27 didn't bother to look for another hotel because Almont is the coolest. pati location, kumpleto ung paligid. near Unitop, food establishments, grocery, church, Plaza Street foods, salon etc. Kumportable sa lugar ito. 💗
