At first, the air conditioner in the room that we booked was noisy and it took a long time to cool the room, so we asked Ate Bo if they could fix it. But Kuya (which I forgot to ask his name) said that he would just move us to another room for our convenience. Then they moved our things to another room which we had no idea because my partner and I went out, we were surprised when we came back that we were moved to a bigger room which is good for 4 or more pax. My partner and I are happy with the service, for the friendly and kind staffs, for the place coz its quiet, for the breakfast. Thank youu. We will be back soon. 👍😊

Little far outside, difficult to find, The bathroom was not so special

The Staff was very friendly, the breakfast we can eat outside at the laney, was nice and it was very good and enough. Thank you Can buy very good and homemade Longanissa for takeout.

The owner was very rude and aggressive to my mates. Threatening them that he is going to hurt them. We cant leave in certain hours. There is no key given. Bathroom was unsinatised and uncleaned.. bad facilities. It feels like a prison more than a place to stay to see the city.

The room is big enough and super clean. It also gives breakfast for free. Vida & Errol are great owners of the Hotel. They try to give me some help. For example, they gave me 2 rides to city center. (In fact, it is ok for me, only takes me 45-50 minutes by walk. Tricycle is also possible and convenient if you need). Thanks for their kindness.

The place is secluded and beautiful and you don't want to leave anymore! . The room was very spacious, clean and the owner was hands on to all your needs. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back! Don't forget to try their LONGGANISA!!!

They are very accommodating, and really helped us during our stay. We also had such a nice time chatting with Kuya Erol. Clean rooms, very good facilities, not a single bad thing to say. We booked one night as there is a typhoon and we had to leave pagudpud and checked in at aiport view hotel. They checked on us throughout our stay as there is a typhoon and power outage and Kuya Erol provided us with everything we need, helped us with our food, and made our stay very comfortable. We had to stay beyond the check out time and Kuya Erol and Ate Vida didnt charge us a single peso and even apologized for not enjoying our vigan tour because of typhoon - not that it is their fault but they are so nice to do so. Thank you so much Kuya Erol and Ate Vida! We will surely go back.

the room is not clean there is a spider on the shower,there is no blanket ,no remote on tv and aircon.the only good thing is that the staff were accomodating.

The place is quiet and close to calle crisologo. If you’re traveling as a family, this is the place for you. There’s 2shower room and 1 restroom with shower which was very helpful since we traveled as a family. and they also have restrooms outside the rooms. The owners will be the one to assist you. They’re very accommodating and nice. ☺️ Will book again when i come back.
