The facilities and the rooms feel old and tired. The A/C worked ok. I would not stay here again for the price. The breakfast was ok but not great. They were very busy and very crowded. The lobby does not have A/C. They do have swamp cooler fans, but they are not very helpful in an already humid climate, and they were very loud.

It is located close to the SM Mall of Asia. The mall is within walking distance of the hotel. This was the main reason we stayed here. The staff were friendly.

The place is showing it's age and in need of renovation. I was on the 5th floor. The TV channel selection , picture, and sound quality are poor. The rooms are small and only had one chair and no table, making two days a long time there.

Close to mall and other conveniences. All of the staff, especially the cleaners, are friendly and attentive. The bed was comfy.

Liked the security measures, that there was a 7/11 on the ground floor, and that the pool was open late. Air Con worked great and was much needed. A little bit of traffic noise but not terrible. Great place for a layover

Elevator closes forcefully if other guests take to long to enter sometimes can lead to separation of group especially with one free room key

I requested for additional toiletries since some items were missing in the room, but, these were not delivered. There were some cracked hallway tiles. Nevertheless, the property price is quite reasonable and my short stay is still great overall.

Location is very near MOA, Ikea, etc. There is a convenience store at the property,a nearby fast food chain/coffee shop and presence of police for security. Room is also spacious though a bit dated.

The breakfast was limited and not really for the international visitor. Definitely more aimed at local and Filipino meals, who would prefer a rice heavy breakfast. Other hotels in the area for the same price point offer far superior room space. It was looking a bit run down in the corridor. Definitely in need of some improvement work.

Great location for the Mall of Asia and other malls in various directions very close by. I would consider it to be a safe area. Right next door to a jollibee and 7-11 There was no noise and I slept well.

The beds are a bit too small if you are 6ft or over, and if you get a room facing the main road, the outside noise will keep you up late at night. The breakfast buffet was below par, but what you get is what you pay!

The location is central and not too far from the airport, and is in walking distance to many shops, cafes, restaurants, and the SM Mall of Asia. Easy access to public, and other modes of transport. The room was adequate. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Some rooms could use better upkeep; walls, AC, doors and wardrobe cabinets vary in condition compared to other rooms.

My 4th stay here. Great location, just 10 min walk to MOA in a safe area. Comfortable bed and has everything all the basic necessities that I need.

parking is a bit of a challenge especially if there are lots of guests, the pool area was also a bit crowded. hotel corridors need some work as doors and walls are already starting to chip off/peel.

i like that the hotel rates were just right, the room had all the amenities as advertised. location is always good as it is near malls and restaurants.

The room was small but clean, and the hotel seemed to be in disrepair. Tape on the walls holding up the wall paper.

The floor tiles and wallpaper in the walkway need repair or replacement. The taxis lining up in front of the hotel do not use their meter instead they charged fixed fare which are usually higher than grab and meter rates. I experienced this in All my 3 taxi rides from your hotel. The policemen stationed in front of the hotel should apprehend these taxi drivers. Hotel management should protect its clients from this illegal charging of taxi drivers.

Location is accessible to MOA and airport. The staff at the counter are helpful in booking my grab trip. They allowed extension for check out.
