“Check-in – Smooth check-in and check-out process. Self check-in was convenient, and all necessary information was provided a day before arrival.
Wi-Fi – We stayed on the third floor, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach that far.
Heater – It took a little while to figure out how to operate the heater, but once we did, it worked fine.
Fridge – You have to pay extra if you want to use the fridge.
My thoughts:
It would have been better if the towels provided were newer, as the ones we had were quite old and worn out. It would also be helpful to have hangers in the closet. The dining chairs needed a wipe down as there was some mold on them.
But overall, it was a good stay. The owner was easy to communicate with.
Will I stay here again? Yes!”
“A small b and b (although I didn't get breakfast, maybe I was too late!) with comfortable rooms about 10 minutes walk to the centre. They allowed me to change my booking to the following day after my flight was cancelled.”
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
