The location is perfect. We checked in our luggage before the flight and returned to the room to chill in an air-conditioned place. Our waiting time in the airport was less than 15 minutes before boarding the plane.

The bungalow is -very near- the airport. So if you plan to spend more time at the bungalow, keep in mind that it is not the most quiet place, because of the landing and starting of planes all day long.

The host is very caring and friendly! She had a lot of great suggestions for our trip around the island and we could also rent a car directly at her place for a very fair price - awesome!

Nice sea view from the terrace, kind personnel. You can rent the car on the spot which is convenient as well as location close to the airport. You can walk there in 1 minute

It could use some insulation so the AC can keep up during the day if needed. I rolled up a little carpet and used it to at least block the large gap under the front door. There is some amount of noise as one might expect being by the airport, but I didn't find it bothersome (if anything woke me up, it was the roosters, same as everywhere else).

I found this to be a great option. Actually I moved here after having to leave a prior place that had no AC and was just too hot. Here the AC worked great for sleeping at night (during a really hot day it had some trouble keeping up so I did request a fan for one day when I needed to lie in bed some). You can walk to/from the airport, you can rent a car from the owners right next door, and it's very close to Uturoa. Has full kitchen facilities and multiple outdoor sitting/eating places. Has a view of the lagoon, albeit over a runway :-D

Fresh towels weren't so fresh, I would recommend you bring your own. Aside from that, everything was great!

The location is right beside the airport and it was central to the town. The staff were extremely helpful and they are affiliated with the hire car services, so you are given a competitive price, given availability.

You will definitely hear the planes as they come and go, but it is very quiet after 6-7pm. As long as you plan to be out during the day, you will have no problems with this.

Great location and easy to find. A large benefit or not having to grab a taxi, you can literally walk there from the airport very quickly. The host was fantastic and was very helpful. Any concerns we had were promptly dealt with.

Note that it is loud while the airplanes are around, but it didn't bother us much and it was quiet by the time we went to bed. Unfortunately, the hot water while showering was fairly limited and there are some gaps under the main door where light/bugs could come in.

Amazing location next to the airport - no need to deal with any transfers upon landing! And close enough to town that we had a free pickup for our excursion, so didn't need to rent a car (although that'd be pretty easy given it's adjacent to a car rental). Cabin even comes with a cute deck with chairs/table! The whole place was pretty updated/nice, especially the bathroom. Air conditioner was also excellent!

large, clean, with a lagoon view. perfect for a few days if you don’t mind the noise of the nearby airport. Breeze is sometimes enough so no need for constant sircon. not far from Uturoa. small screen TV. you can have your laundry done gor a fee (a bit high). Car rental on same spot, indidpensable for touring the island.

Just be aware that there are flights arriving and departing during the day but we were out and about annyway, so it did not make much difference to us. We couldn't work out how to get the ceiling fan going but the air con was excellent.

Great location right at the airport and so we were able to walk across with our bags on a trolley, check in and grab our rental car keys as well. Restaurant a few steps away, standalone bungalow with seaview, very spacious, free wifi, aircon and parking. It was perfect for what we needed and I loved hearing the airplanes coming and going.

The bungalow is very quiet and peaceful during the evening, night, and morning, but do be aware that you can hear the planes coming and going at the airport during the day. Not an issue if you are out exploring Raiatea during the day.

Check in was easy, the bungalow was clean, and the wifi worked great. The view across the lagoon to Tahaa island was nice. It was easy to walk over from the airport and we were able to rent a car with them to explore the rest of Raiatea island. On our last morning, they were able to give us a ride to the ferry dock in Utoroa. Nights were quiet and peaceful and we slept great with AC in the room.

The local youth seems to use the empty airport parking lot for parties on Saturday nights, blasting loud music.

Located directly at the airport, so no transfer. Nice view if of Tahaa, the neighboring island. They offer rental cars at a good price.

With the property next to the airport, it is noisy during the day when flights are coming in and out. So if your plan is just to stay in the property and have a quiet time, this is not the place. However, if your plan is to explore the island during the day (which you definitely should) and just need a lovely place to sleep at night, this place will suffice.

It’s literally right next to the airport so if you get in late (like we did), there’s no need to worry on getting there! The property also rent cars, which you’ll need in this island. There’s also a small kitchen that comes with plates and utensils and a microwave so if you’re tired of paying those expensive foods in French Polynesia, this place will be of great help.

Staff was in a rash, we didn't have even the time to think if renting a car or not because she had to "do business in town", so she had to go. If we wanted to think about it then we had to wait for her to come back and waste time. Asked twice to pay in less than 5 minute, not welcoming, only interested in business. Wardrobe was full of excrements of lizards on top of it.
