Around midnight, some guests arrived making a lot of noise and shouting, and the hotel staff did nothing to address the situation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s facilities; it is truly beautiful. We didn’t expect to find such a place in Sicuani. The staff were very attentive.

Eating there was a little odd. Suggest ordering room service, the food comes from off-site, so if you order in the dining room, you just sit there with no drinks, no service, until the delivery guy comes. Bit odd, but if you order to room, fine i guess.

Extremely cold with insufficient blankets. We tried using the electric heater, but to no avail. Extremely noisy - construction sounds from INSIDE the hotel started at 5:45am… Breakfast is kind of sad - we did not feel too well afterwards. Parking is behind the hotel in a construction companies garage and you need to get the receptionist to open the gate.

Seems to be one of the nicer hotels in town. Could be nice if there are more guests around, the bar is open / hangout areas are in use.

One of the beds had a sheet that was full of holes. For the standard of the establishment this was a let down. Restaurant wasn’t open which was a disappointment however it wasn’t far to walk to town.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds with lots of blankets so we were really warm all night. There was a heater in the room which was good but we didn’t need it. Excellent secure parking for our motorbikes. Nice breakfast. Good location. Quiet and just a twenty minute walk to town.

The only issue that prevented me from giving a top rating was the design of the duplex room. The upper level has a ceiling next to the stairs that's so low that an average-height person (5'8") keeps hitting their head on the concrete slab. It seems the hotel is aware of this problem because they put reflective tape on the slab, presumably to draw attention to the hazard. However, unless someone is taller than 6 feet, the tape is above the typical line of sight. Unfortunately, during my one-night stay, I ended up with two bleeding bruises on my head. We were considering booking two separate rooms at first, but because the duplex looked so good on the photos and there was no warning about how dangerous it would be, we ended with a small disaster.

The hotel building and interior are really great, with intricate finishes and a beautiful atrium. Breakfast was very good and, importantly for us, started as early as 6:30 am. The hotel also features a full-size parking area that can accommodate plenty of cars without guests obstructing each other.

No issues but be aware - We visited in late May. The room was a bit cool, but refreshing. There is a local restaurant a few blocks away, but the main square is a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride for 3 soles. There is no dinner at the hotel.

The hotel is nicely appointed with several lounge areas. The breakfast is good, with eggs made to order. There is a large secure parking area on the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being in a city that's characteristic of what a lively Peruvian city is like - no touristy.

Nice place to make a quick stop if you’re driving to/ from Cusco. Breakfast was ok, rooms were clean. There is a closed garage with a high ceiling where you can safely store your car for the night.

An Oasis in a modest town in Peru. It was the perfect half way stop off from Cusco- Puno travelling by motorcycle. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel decor is quirky and has a warm welcoming feel. The night we were there they lit the fire and we could enjoy a wine before dinner. Good secure parking behind. The reception staff were lovely young ladies providing excellent attention. Best choice in Suciani
