Exceptional hotel with outstanding service, dining and staff. From the moment we arrived until our departure the whole experience was wonderful. The room was gorgeous, light, airy, with comfy bed, good size, and bathroom great. We borrowed bikes to ride around the estate, we enjoyed the wine tour and tasting, and dined at the restaurant for all meals. The food was 5* as were the staff. The pools were lovely, immaculately clean and the seating was high quality.

I think it needs to have some entertainment at night, some live music at the bar or at the restaurant. (Piano, guitarist etc)

Taxi driver on the way back to Lima tried to suddenly double the price -- Didn't work. Beware..!

Where to start..? Incredible mountain views. Balcony views of vineyard -- and tours. Riding bikes around fields of grapes. Beautiful pool area. Excellent bar -- And drinking some Pisco.! Lol Colorful bouganvilla flowers everywhere, hummingbirds...

Everything at the property was amazing. Breathtaking views and landscape. Breakfast which was included was delicious, had plenty to choose from and coffee was delicious. The tour to the car collection was espectacular, seeing antique cars very well maintained was a very cool experience specially for the great explanation from the tour guide. This hotel is a must if you're going to visit Ica, even a one night stay is worth it 100%, The pool areas and the service around them were excellent.

They give a voucher for a welcome drink but they charged me for it

Food was ok, you could expect more from them, especially if media "claimed" that they have the one of the best restaurants in Ica. Hamburger disintegrated on the bottom, fried calamari were way to greasy and floury, ceviche fish was cooked too much with lemon juice (stood too long in the kitchen probably). Value for the money ok, room quite basic, could be cheaper given the season (occupation might have been 5% during our stay)

Wonderful stay, as an Italian from a wine producing region, the vineyard hotel concept is great and the execution excellent. Great amenities, the vineyard tour, guide and tasting were excellent. Great pricing, wine shop has great pricing compared to buying in Lima.

As an English traveller with basic Spanish the communication with staff was sometimes difficult. I tried my best with my Spanish but it was often frustrating

Everything was great

Beautiful Hotel surrounded by wine yard, the food was spectacular and of course the wine as well! We didnt find the menu prices expensive at all, since the quality was so good. Great attention from the staff, special thanks to Mr Julio, who attended us most of the time of our stay. We got a taxi recommended by the hotel, Mr Luis Vela, who did a great job and gave us a very fair price.

Entire bathroom floor fills with water when you use the shower , our socks got wet all the time .

I liked everything abut Vinas Queirolo. I would like to have more shopping around the area and perhaps more tour options.

The facility is amazing, and beautiful beyond expectation. The food and service are 5 stars all around, bringing mosquito repellent would be my only suggestion.

Nothing, the staff does not speak very well english

The place is amazing, with great details, great food, etc. The view on the wineyard is very beautiful. The pool is very huge !
