Since many tourists go trekking, I suggest providing a sponge in the room to clean shoes.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main sites in the city center. The room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast included a typical local juice.

The wifi was inconsistent, and we had to go in the lobby a few times to have reception.The mattress might need an update. Our door was closing, but it looked like we could open with a strong push. Breakfast selection is a bit poor, but ok, we loved eggs cooked on order.

We had a very spacious room in the courtyard on the back. The room was very clean, and comfortable, nice bathroom also very clean. The room was in the colonial style part of the hotel. So we didn't have windows.Location is very comfortable only a little stroll to the main centre.

I had a room at the front..bad idea....the road with cobblestones in front of the hotel and going downhill with a constant flow of traffic produces immense noise. Even with windows closed the noise was a problem as was the temperature as it grew hot and there is no AC

Some guests were noisy, (stomping up and down steps and talking loud outsdie my room) so it would be helpful to remind guests to be mindful of noise. I booked this hotel due to having gym facilities, but the gym facilities were very basic and disappointing - lots of parts missing to the machines, and no free-hand-weights.

Great location, super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing - warm, helpful (even if they couldn't speak english, they were patient with me using google translate. There was also a resident and adorable cat called Rocky who was also very welcoming. The Wifi was good, breakfast was great.

The shower doesn’t have a proper door so a part of the bathroom floor is going to be wet. Also, my room was facing the street so it was a little noisy at night. Ear plugs are needed.

The location is great, just 2 blocks (5 minute walk) away from Plaza de Armas, the main square, in a safe area, with lots of restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the free breakfast is simple, but sufficient, it includes eggs, fresh fruits, bread, coffee, yogurt etc. The room was beautiful and clean. They don’t provide a hair dryer in the room but you can borrow one from the reception.

The hot water took a while to come through.

The staff could literally not do enough to help. They organised a packed lunch for me because I had an early morning tour, complete with coca tea for the altitude. They were always attentive and helpful and I always had the impression that nothing was a problem. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice. The location was perfect. So central.
