Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very well located for walking around Miaflores. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was very good. They also allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day which was extremely helpful as our flight home was just after midnight. Should out to the doorman (forgot his name) who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

ChileWhenever possible we like to sleep with our window open for fresh air. We were on the 6th floor and through the window we could hear the conversations from staff on the 8th floor (dining Room and kitchen) every morning at 5 or 6 am. Also there is a construction site next door which also made noise from early in the morning.
Very good location. Room was not large, but comfortable. Staff seemed always attentive and very kind. Everything seemed well cleaned. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent location on a quiet street in miraflores, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance, and a short walk to the beach. The room was big with a huge comfortable bed, and a great bathroom and lovely hot showers. A good buffet breakfast was included. Staff were excellent and very friendly and professional, and all reception spoke very good English. Very good WiFi throughout. The hotel was immaculately clean with floors being cleaned continuously and the room cleaned thoroughly every day. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

The location is perfect for making the most of Miraflores - half a block off the main road. Breakfast was the best we experienced during our two week trip to Peru. Staff were attentive and professional. A fruit bowl with green apples was a bonus.
