Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFamily rooms are in the building side with no elevator, if you are traveling with elderly that can be a problem.
The hotel is very good for the price, the location is ok a little walking and you can get to Larco or Kennedy Park. The rooms are good size and were clean and comfy. The staff was ok helpful when needed.

South AfricaNothing really I didn't like. I also wasn't there long enough. Maybe that there was no water provided in the room so I had to go to the supermarket to get my own.
I only stayed for one night but had a great stay. The room was spacious and had an aircon. Breakfast was included and although not the most amazing options some fruit a piece of toast did the trick for me. The hotel was quick to communicate with my last minute booking and organised a reasonable airport pick up for me as well.

Breakfast buffet was great and unlimited. Hotel location between the main restaurant zone and the malecon is perfect. Staff were friendly and very efficient. The garden courtyard is a really nice touch.
