The noise from the street, the windows are barely filtering anything so you hear all the noise, especially cars & their horns at every hour of the day.

The location was great, walking distance from the historical center. The host was very friendly, we got a free room upgrade ! The breakfast in-room was very nice and the room itself perfectly clean & quite spacious. Clean bathroom with hot shower!

Tasty breakfast in the room. The place was very clean and comfortable. We could watch movies at night in bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. They met us at the bus station, and subsequently recommended a taxi driver -an excellent driver - to take us to different locations and to the airport when we left. We could walk to restaurants and nearby sites.

The WiFi and Netflix connection on the tv was quite slow It is a bit of a walk out from the main square- about 20 minutes however in a perfect location for catching the bus to Chan Chan.

Lovely family run guest house We arrived early from our night bus and were allowed check in to our room to freshen up. We were even given a room upgrade! Staff were very friendly and helpful and walked us to the spot to catch the bus to chan chan and flagged down the bus for us. The room was really lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and delivered to our room. One thing I would suggest is possibly offering a later breakfast time.

A fan could be nice

A very pleasant family run hotel, 15 min by feet to the center, pleasant surrounding, close to Chan Chan and other sites, very friendly and helpful staff, room is spacious and convenient, refrigerator and microwave provided (!), good breakfast, fast WiFi, top value for money

Internet wasn't great. Freezer doesn't freeze well, we bought some ice creams and in couple of hours in the "freezer" they changed into yoghurt ;)

We spent a week there and it was a real pleasure. Lovely big bright room. Huge and extremely comfortable bed. A little fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of storage spaces. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small but very good breakfast (2 small bread rolls and a friend egg, fresh juice, coffee) delivered to the room. Good location. Decent internet. Quiet at night. Big table to eat or work at. Full sized mirror.

Personally I’m not a fan of having the room cleaned every day. I think it’s a waste of time, money and unnecessarily damaging to the environment. But the main issue here was that our luggage was completely reorganized and repacked, put into several closets and my plastic bags were thrown away, please don’t do that.

Straightforward hotel room at a good location. Helpful staff and a nice breakfast in the morning.

The large fridge in the room didn't work. It didn't keep anything cold. It was very noisy being on the corner having 2 streets either side, traffic and horns didn't stop till very late in the evening and started again from 6am in the morning. Loud doorbell on the premises, woke us very early. It's a bit of a way to walk to the main plaza , historic side, and through a lot of non-stop noisy traffic. Trujillio is very noisy in general, though, as we found out after our first day of arrival. We stayed 3 nights but 2 would of been enough (after we did the sites we wanted to see)

Friendly, pleasant staff welcomed us and also arranged our taxi pick up from the airport and our return. Large comfy bed, large tv with Netflix, was great to be able to watch a film at night after walking around the town all day. Their little friendly schnauzer, always happy to see us :)
