Comfortable room Helpful & lovely staff Delicious breakfast

This is just a little comment for the hotel, and probably the fact that I was sick and nauseous did not help but there’s an overwhelming smell that they put in the reception area, corridors and all common spaces that was too too strong. I know hotels sometimes try to have a smell particular to them but this one was way too much, and it’s not really needed.

The staff is really nice and at your service all the time. I unfortunately got really sick in Cusco and ended up staying 5 nights in bed, and the staff tailored the food for me.

We used the laundry service that is always a plus, but it was very expensive compared to other hotels we went to.

Staff always available, rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. The restaurant inside the hotel is very good too.

No air conditioning. Although, after speaking with staff, the main desk could provide a portable unit

The best part was that the breakfast opened at 3 am. Giving that most of the trips to Machu Picchu and other hiking trails start between 4-6 am, having the breakfast open at 3am was really convenient!

Two minor things… Didn’t have small hand/face towels and no bacon for breakfast.

We requested early check-in when we made the reservation and it was never confirmed. When we arrived we were told the room was ready and it would just be 5 minutes to prepare paperwork. Ten minutes later I asked to leave our bags so we could get lunch and was told 5 more minutes. Thirty minutes after we arrived, I asked again and the paperwork still wasn't ready so I was a bit frustrated. We left our bags and it was ready when we returned. There was so much space in the room, I have no idea why we were unable to book it for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids).

The room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty. The staff was friendly.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We especially appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which made our travel seamless. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional, and the location was fantastic, putting us close to the most main tourist attractions. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every taste, and we were particularly impressed that it started as early as 3 AM, catering perfectly to guests departing for Machu Picchu tours.

Initial impression when we arrived was spoiled by the staff at the reception as the checkin was super long, c. 30 min for 4 persons and there were no other guests in front of us. The receptionist seemed cold and didn’t speak english. The rest of staff was excellent

We liked everything about this hotel. The service and the breakfast deserve 5*. Rooms are good size and clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable. There is hot water always and it was warm enough. There is a heater in the rooms, but we didn’t need it.
