Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff went above and beyond. They came and got my luggage at 2:00am when I found out I hsd booked the wrong hotel. Very clean and excellent location.

Nothing to dislike at all although we would stay in the more Bohemian district next time, but nothing wrong with Miraflores whatsoever
Good location helpful staff nice breakfast . Rent a bike from Gogo bikes for the day for £10 and go explore.

the quality of internet was very bad, sometimes it was not even possible to check emails or similar. not so sure if it was due to weak bank or if it was due to the building/ location of my room, in relation with the position of the router. I wait 20' at the bar, to receive the courtesy drink however nobody showed up. Breakfast was very basic, and a pity, considering the fame of Peruvian food.
The location is very good. The room is large enough, and has amenities to have coffee as well an ironing board.

Our room was quite cold but we were provided a radiator. The breakfast buffet could be improved as well as the breakfast hall that has no windows.

The hotel itself is quite old. Actually for me, it was older than I expected. The room has only an air-conditioner but if you ask, the front desk offers a portable radiator. Breakfast was not really satisfying and the wifi doesn't work well inside of the room.
Staffs are very kind. They are all very attentive and helpful.

We did not get bottled water in the room and breakfast is simple, the carpet in the hallway looked dirty

The bathroom needs better cleaning. I found lots of hair in my shower.

Great personnel, we did not like the first room and they changed it for us, thanks! The location of the hotel is great, right on the middle of Miraflores with few minutes walk to Larco Mar. And the bathroom I loved, natural stones, felt like at home.

Absolutely no complaints.
Location is excellent, an easy walk to Lacomar, Parke Kennedy & Inka Market. Money exchange and tourist centre on the corner. Supermarket is close by. The Rooms are really clean, quite. Staff super helpful. Just what you need on holiday.

You can add salads / fresh juices/ fruits / Some Peruvian ( local ) dish in BF ( LIKE . You can put boiled eggs /

The location is great - the restaurant on the corner is excellent, there's a tourist shop and money exchange right there. the supermarket is just round the corner. Just perfect

This is definitely NOT a four star hotel! Far from it. We originally received room without working hot water. Had to change it which took some time. Also AC did not work. However later we found out the other room had the same "style" of AC, non existent, although they said it works. No, this hotel does NOT have AC, its just a fan blowing warm air. That could be a problem sometimes in Lima. Rooms have old used/abused furniture, we had to ask for towels because there was only one for two people. Also, we stayed over the weekend and could not sleep much, because they rent the downstairs banquet room for parties. They were going on both Saturday and Sunday till midnight. Staff is not very helpful. And when asked for taxi it was super overpriced. Ended up calling Uber. Overall, will not stay again...
Very good location of course in the middle of Miraflores. Decent breakfast ( not a four star one )

Room was reaaaaly cold in night, there arw bo heater, litlle bit noise on street.
Breakfast was very good, clean room but really old furniture, comfortable and clean bed.
