Room was on the floor downstairs the reception and was facing a wall partially, water pressure not working properly and WiFi the first days was spotty, but after asking the staff twice to fix the problem WiFi worked very good.

It takes far too long to get served drinks on the rooftop, both trying to order and also receiving the drink. They do need to improve this. They lost out of us getting more drinks because we didn’t want to have to wait another 20 minutes so we ended up leaving the hotel to go elsewhere. But saying that the staff were all lovely. The take away breakfast for when we didn’t the Colca Canyon was a surprise as we didn’t expect to get anything, but when we opened it, jt was really not good.

Property is beautiful, breakfast was nice if a little small. Views from rooftop are lovely with plants and hummingbirds whilst you overlook the city. Nice spot.

The room was on the ground floor and a tad cold at night but we had a powerful heater which compensated.

I really enjoyed my stay at Palla Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, which made it super comfortable. I also loved the terrace — a great spot to relax and take in the views. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square, so it’s perfect for exploring Arequipa. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Tasteful hotel in original building in interesting area not far from main square. Lovely rooftop terrace where you can take a very good breakfast with view over the rooftops to the volcanoes. Helpful staff. Food also available during the day.

Nothing, we loved everything about this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Arequipa. It's a short walk to the main Plaza de Armas and various sites of interest. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby, and the food in the hotel is also good quality. Breakfast on the rooftop is fantastic - really great quality and the views are stunning. There are wild hummingbirds that fly around! We had a beautiful mountain view from our room, it was really special. The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

My room was lovely, but noisy. Some furniture pads under the chairs on the rooftop would stop the scraping from being heard in the room downstairs.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Arequipa's main square. It's simply beautiful. It boasts a meticulous, modern design and spacious rooms with an artfully decorated interior. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace, overlooking the surrounding mountains and volcanoes, while enjoying the company of hummingbirds. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The hotel staff is professional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic room in a lovely hotel We had the most amazing view and the roof terrace was wonderful for breakfast (individually prepared, not a buffet) which had lots of choice. Staff and the owner were all friendly and helpful. Very central location. Can't recommend enough.

Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy - especially at night. Also my boyfriend did find the bright lights that stayed on in the inner courtyard during the night were not completely shut out by the blackout curtains. I found it okay, but something to bear in mind for lighter sleepers.

Loved the rooftop with amazing views of the volcano and mountains. Location was top notch (less than 10 mins from main plaza and close to nearby restaurants / shops / sights). We also loved the breakfast on the roof terrace in the mornings - it was a lovely way to start the day with many delicious options and the staff were also very accommodating.

The Lower rooms are near the basement do when you find out they are cold , but not terribly .

Location and the stuff. Very helpful and attentive. We were leaving one morning early so they made us breakfast take away at 05:00. In addition we spent one night away but checked in at 06:00 and they still gave us breakfast as a swap out, excellent service. Roof top and breakfast are great with superb views.
