Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomNaty & her husband were extremely kind and helpful. Made it easy and reassuring for us to leave our bags as we went on a couple of different tours. Location is good, a short walk from the main square with an excellent coffee shop (three monkeys) very close by

SwitzerlandNaty's Guesthouse is a home away from home. Nary and Valerio welcomed us heartfelt. Valerio gave us useful information abpot Cusco, he speaks excellent English. What we loved most was the central location. Just 5 Min. Walk to Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants are nearby. You find everything. From fancy cafes to local restaurants serving lunch for 6-7 soles incl. soup and drink. Even if it the GH is so central, it is in a super quiet road. We slept like babies. We would definitely book again. Thanks, Naty and Valerio.

United StatesNaty’s was so welcoming! They arranged our taxis from and to the airport, provided breakfast, and allowed us to leave our bags in a locker while we did the Salkantay Trek. Nice location down a quiet street while still being in the middle of Cusco. They also speak great English.

BrazilI booked for a double bed, but when i got there, they gave me a room with three single bed. It was my decision not to complain since i was really tired and the room was also comfy. The only thing i think they should improve is the front desk light, since the light is always turned off and it is really dark.
The room is very comfy and clean, hot water always. The hostes were very gentle. You get keys to your room and to the front dor, so you can go out and come back anytime you want.the room has no windows, but since i was alone and it was really cold, it was ok for me. 5 min walk to the main places and restaurants

CanadaNaty's is in the perfect location... close to everything but no loud street noises as it is tucked away. Beds are warm and cozy, and the staff are amazing. They were so accommodating from offering pick up at the airport to storing our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu. .

United KingdomAww, this guest house was great. It was my first time staying in a guest house & it was a great experience. The room was comfortable & clean. Mr & Mrs Naty :) were very helpful & were happy to help. Had a lovely breakfast every morning. The location is great. Not even a 5 minute walk to the town & main square. I can't fault this guest house (or Cusco) 🥰 I absolutely loved my time here. Highly recommend Naty's guest house

United KingdomThe rooms let in some light in the morning or at night if people are moving around the corridor, but we had eye masks so no problem. The WiFi was not great in some parts of the building.
Naty's Guesthouse is a wonderful, homely place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the location is really close to the center but in a tucked away quiet street. No problems with hot water (just need to wait a little bit sometimes) and the breakfast was good too. Most of all Naty and Valerio are really friendly, helping us with booking tours, taxis, advice for visiting places around town ourselves, and more.

ItalyIt was a really nice stay! The hosts were super nice, gave us a lot of useful touristic information and let us leave our luggages there while we were visiting Machu Picchu. The room was very clean, they make your bed and clean a bit the room every day. They also change the towels. We had warm water and good water pressure. The breakfast was egg, bread, butter, jam, coffee and tea.

NetherlandsNaty’s guesthouse is a great place to stay in Cusco city center. It is walking distance from everything and is located in a charming old building in a quiet street. But what makes it most special is the very warm and friendly staff. They were always helpful with all our questions and made us a good breakfast every morning. They also kept our bags when we went on a trekking and we could use our room way after check out time, waiting for our night bus. Also the laundry was done with good care. Naty and Valerio clearly put their heart in this place.

PeruNot a lot of light in the room. The shower was not always hot.
We got upgraded to a bigger room because there weren’t many clients in the BnB. Very flexible check-in, Naty even offered us breakfast. Well located, a 5 minute walk to the plaza. Very quiet. The breakfast was normal for Peruvian standards, the lady also asks every morning what kind of eggs we would like her to cook.

Denmark1Friendly, professional and helpful staff. They can answer questions about travel, also in advance. 2Location - central. 3Budget friendly. 4Simple breakfast. Located in the old city of Cuzco with (narrow roads and) older buildings, and generally in Peru, no indoor centralized heating, so you have to keep yourself warm - with warm clothing (and warm indoor slippers). In the room I was assigned to, there was hot water in the shower, but it seems, no hot water in the bathroom sink. Showerhead is mounted on the ceiling.
