The staff does not speak English. Water pressure is very very very low and the rooftop terrace does not look at all like the pictures.

The rooms are big and comfortable and AC works very fine. The breakfast is very good - there is a lady cookingbin the morning and serving everyone - make aure you say beforehand if yoy have ant allergies or you arw vegeterian because they doning take this into account.

There were no towels at the pool. I think there should be someone to accompany the receptionist throughout the shift. It's very important because it would improve the quality of service.

City view = on the street with lots of street noise. Weird water running sound in the exterior wall.

Good location. Awesome front desk clerk. He helped arrange airport transportation for the morning. He got me a little breakfast to go since I had to leave for the airport very early in the morning.

There is no elevator. I was on the 5th floor and had to walk up and down the stairs with all my luggage on my back. That wasn't too bad for me, as I was able to do it, but you need to be aware when booking the hotel that this is the case, so you are prepared.

The pool! It's hot there and it was amazing to just hang out in the pool, overlooking the city, while enjoying a nice cold beverage. You can't really swim in it, but you can just relax and chill. The room was nice. Very big and comfortable.

Swimming pool is very small but also very refreshing with the heat in Iquitos. I was the only guest on the rooftop bar and pool so was perfect for me Air con worked great & lovely breakfast The man of the front desk was really nice & spoke English which was really helpful

No elevator, so with a lot of luggage is very uncomfortable. They couldn't recommend one travel agency so I wasted a lot of time going through brochures. The bathroom essentials were quite low quality.

Good and easy to find location in a safe area. Room was a bit dark and airco didn't work very well but overall the facilities were acceptable. Had hot water which apparently is rare in Iquitos.

Only two sunbeds by the pool, no lift in the building, the toilet door would lock and you'd need to use the room key to open it. Noise from the lobby was very loud and we were on the second floor. Breakfast was a bit poor.

Location was central, room was big and clean, staff were helpful, shower pressure was good. Swimming pool was refreshing.

The bar on the top of the hotel only serves beer.

Our stay was very pleasant, the hotel is conveniently located 5-6 min away from the main square and 2 min from the nearest supermarket. The rooms have AC which is a must in Iquitos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and the bar on top are very welcome if you just one to chill a little bit after visiting the whole day.

I was only there for less than 24 hours, so not much to dislike.

I only stayed one night after spending a week down the Amazon River before catching a flight the next day. The hotel is clean and spacious not far from the Plaza either by walking or a Tuk Tuk. The swimming pools was great to cool down in but the warm shower was also great.

The loud noise of the pipes every time someone uses the tap from the bathroom or flushed the wc. Also during the night. That kept us awake sometimes.

The airconditioning in the room was not very effective. I didn‘t have the feeling that it really cooled down the temperature.

The room was simple but had all that was needed. On request I could also use the safe in the room.

Tuk tuk drivers kept asking for me at the front desk. I didn't like that but it wasn't the hotels fault

the walls are very thin so you hear a lot, also one night the room next to me was playing very loud music at 2 am I could feel my bed vibrate from the base, but I called reception and they went and talked with them right away, so that was great.
