The room was small but functional. The double bed was 2x single beds joined causing me to fall through. A jug to boil water and cups for tea or coffee

Pillows were way to big and thick. Looks great for decorating the bed, but unusable. The curtains let the hall light in all night. If you need total darkness to sleep be aware.

Literally the most average hotel imaginable. I had hot water in my shower (room 316). . It was clean and safe and cheap. Exactly what I needed for a 1200 am arrival.

Nothing I didn't like. I'm not sure how the area is, as I only stayed 1 night, but it was easy to get a Uber from.

The hotel has been renovated, and while the building itself is a bit old, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped me book a transfer from the airport although I arrived late, which I truly appreciated as I was not at all familiar with Lima, and they carried my heavy suitcase to the second floor. The breakfast was included, and very good. The common areas are nicely decorated with typical Peruvian items.

Windows do not have screens, We kept shut at night. Quiet aside from a few work cars in the morning. We arrived at 130am and they courtesy room called for breakfast at 8am - Be sure to leave that message, not to be disturbed with reception on arrival for sleep in. Also I don't think it was necessary to call the room.

Central to local market and beach lookout. 24hr reception, breakfast ( there are local cafes and restaurants nearby also). Fridge in the room.. Staff very helpful and polite.

the night light that was fixed on the middle bottom of the tv in my room made me not have great sleep. I realized it the second last day before I left and found a tape to block it and it helped me. be careful about that detail if you want deeper sleep!!

the decorations were very nice!! staff were just awesome, very courteous. staff also called me in my room in the morning to know what I wanted for breakfast!! very cool :) Could have called a little later at times though when wanted to sleep a bit more. Great service but let them know you want to get a call around 8:30(1h before they close breakfast) if you don’t want to get woken up too early! amazing food and courteous staff :D

We approached de reception area to let them know what was wrong with the room in the 3rd floor. She pretty much told us talk it or leave it! I say im going to leave it, cause they lie to us with the type of room they were offering. They ask me if I wanted to cancel de reservation. I said yes but before that I wanted to have access to the libro de reclamaciones a governmental consumers protection report book. The receptionist told me first let’s cancel the reservation and then I will give you the book.

We were mistreated by the hotel staff because we disagreed with the type of room they reserved for us. At the time we checked in we asked if the the room had a steet view in the 2nd floor. The recepciónist said, there was only one available in the 3rd floor. I accepted, by the time we went to the room it was with a hallway view.

The room was damp, it smells of mould! There are no windows to let in fresh air. They had a dehumidifier that did not work and bags of water hanging in the cupboard? This place is a health hazard with rooms full of damp and mould! Breakfast was poor and not worth the money.

The cleaning staff forcibly opened the door and came in without knocking, then closed the door again and left without apologizing. I stayed there for 7 days and asked for it to be cleaned every time I went out, and they told me that they only sprayed air freshener in the room and didn't clean it at all, and they even left the towels in and cleaned it. They didn't even provide new towels.. I went down to the restaurant to have breakfast in the morning, and since they were out of bread, they brought me two slices of bread for toast. When I went to the restaurant, it was an hour before breakfast closing time. When I complained that the breakfast provided by the hotel was so half-hearted, I was told that there was no bread, but suddenly bread for breakfast was brought from the kitchen.

Bathroom facilities are good.
