In the downtown, with great wiew to Misti and Chachani! Great stuff, good breakfast. In the neightbourhood many great, lovely music shop! It was little noisy... but it's not unusual.

Shared room only has plugs close to the lower bunk beds. Bathrooms and showers are far from the rooms and open onto the outside terrace (cold in the mornings/night).

Very close to main square and a mix of high quality and cheap restaurants. 24 hour reception + good views. Breakfast provided is eggs, bread, juice and coffee.

It was slightly inconvenient to access the property, we didn’t have a key to the outside door and we had to ring a doorbell each time. The doorbell wasn’t always answered quickly which was frustrating at times. The hotel is split between 2 sites (next door to eachother) so I am not sure if the staff were sometimes in the other site meaning access could be difficult at times.

It was a nice room, simple breakfast (eggs, juice, bread) and well located. The host was lovely and let us into the property at 4am after a night bus (pre planned). They helped us arrange tours. Overall good experience.

We had breakfast included but the staff was not willing to prepare a sandwich the night before we left for Colca canyon at 3am which is understamdable but also simple enough to accommodate with slaping a piece of cheese between two breads. Additional charge for card payment - again pretty common in Peru.

The location is very convinient and the staff were very accommodating with luggage storage when we went on a full day trip. The accommodation is very basic as you would expect for the price but it was clean and convinient. Remember you get what you pay for.

I stayed in the winter and the hostel was a bit cold, especially as you have to go outside to go to the bathrooms.

Good location, friendly staff and a nice family atmosphere. The dorm was clean, comfortable and quiet. The showers had hot water. And a wonderful breakfast!

Good breakfast with eggs and toast and jam (but have to pay a little extra when you check in). Room was comfortable and spacious & i like that they let me check in early. Very sweet family!

Very close to the main plaza, (but far from the bus station and the airport), helpful staff, included breakfast and free luggage storage. The view of the sunset was great and there was a nice cafe at the ground floor.

The male staff young man was friendly enough but the young woman could hardly open her mouth to say Hola! This is not a place where you feel any connection to the place through the staff. But I just ignored that as the room and position were worth it.

Good position just a couple of blocks from the main plaza with cheap restaurants in the street. Good comfortable room with hot water. Good view of volcanos from front rooms which are on a balcony. Basic breakfast. They kept my luggage safely when I went away.

The hostel was out of water for half a day. I used laundry service on the day of my arrival and it was ready only just before my checkout 2 days later.

The location is excellent. Practically on Plaza de Armas. The english speaking guy at the reception desk was very helpful.

Breakfast was random - first day we got eggs and bread but no butter/jam. Second day we just got eggs and no bread. Would be excellent if you got everything! Think staff were just busy and didn’t check. Also very noisy at night as our balcony was overlooking the road - they love to beep horns in Arequipa!

Great location and kind staff! They allowed us to leave our luggage for the day and chill in the living room when waiting for our bus. Very good shower - hot & powerful. Comfy bed and lots of space.

The host is very kind who lets us have early check-in. It is fantastic to take a hot shower after the overnight bus before starting the city tour. Besides, the location is very closed to the main plaza. Good breakfast with fresh juice & fried egg. It's absolutely value for money.
