Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomWe loved our suite. It was so grand and opulent and the jacuzzi was perfect but have to say the toilet upstairs really needs replacing. Difficult to flush - takes ages and you have to keep pumping - and the seat is very stained and dirty-looking. Downstairs bathroom no water comes out of the bath taps. The television is super but very complicated to use.
Our suite was amazing! Very super-impressive. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We arrived 3 hours early and they let us use the room (for an added fee) which was good as it was quite a bleak day and we were very tired from our travels. We felt like royalty. We decided we would just stay in our room and ordered dinner through room-service.

CanadaEasy walk toKennedy Park and the tourist center. Close to Parque del Amor. Comfy bed and separate sitting area and televisions in each room. Plentiful hot water to soak in the bath. Lovely lobby and helpful staff that ensured we were at the airport safely with ample time. Breakfast first two days was great with friendly staff. Monday breakfast disappointing.

Incredible location just few minutes walking from El Malecon and from Kennedy Park. Staff speaks good english and they are all very kind. Breakfast doesn't have many options, but everything you find is delicious.

SpainThe property is a little tired and could do with a renovation but it’s still good calue for money and serves its purpose.
Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt but the cooked food was a pleasant surprise with different creations each day (more like a bunch) always with the firm favourite of scrambled eggs. We also went to have a massage in the hotel spa which was very good

United KingdomMinor - but we had to wait in reception on check out so they could check our room. This delayed our taxi and we almost missed our bus south as we had to get across town in very busy traffic. We had allowed an hour. The hotel is also a little dated.
We chose the hotel as it was close to the airport bus drop off and we were glad that we did. The bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds and an amazing shower. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices, so we filled up for the day and just went for an evening meal. Lots of good eateries on the door step and a short walk to the seafront. We loved it and are considering going back for our last night or two.

RussiaI had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Miramar. The bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was both spacious and cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The central location was a big plus, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and just a 10-minute walk to the ocean. The staff was helpful and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of options, including some impressive desserts. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Miramar for its comfort, convenience, and excellent breakfast. Would gladly stay here again!

IrelandSockets could do with replacing as I had to get inventive with how to keep my socket adapter plugged in.
Good WiFi and very good selection for the breakfast. Stayed in three different rooms two faced the back of the hotel and had very little noise but the last one I got upgraded to was very noisy during the day but very quiet at night. Hotel is a time capsule from the 70s.
