The room was fine, spacious and clean. The breakfast was healthy and delicious Clean water and tea was always available Check-in was fast.

- Shared bathrooms need to be remodeled to give space for changing and hanging the towel. It seems too tight. - Noise from the street which has been a complaint before is still there, maybe changing the windows, dont know if they can solve it. It is a budget hotel and just wrote this for completion and help them in improving their guests stay.

Great Barranco location in a beautifully restored house with comfy beds, sheets and towels. Staff were super friendly, nice included breakfast and lots of places to sit. Be sure to check out the indoor 2nd floor living room, and the covered balcony overlooking the street. Highly recommend and would easily return.

The location is great. Also the lady at the reception gives a map of Barranco and shares all the necessary information. The shared bathrooms have always been clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room was cold, there was no heating. There has been constantly slamming of the doors by other customers and loud chatting in the hall area that interrupts your rest. There has been loud construction work done in the hotel for two days and at night loud music was coming from a nearby bar.

Room 206, very nice quiet spacious room, firm matress, kind staff. I did not go for breakfast in the attached cafe so i cannot judge that one. Location is nice, near beach, art quarter and healthy restaurants.

That my payment was not possible thru booking.com. Very strange . I tried many times, but booking reported all the time that my debit card was i valid, i had been using my card multiple times successfully. 😉

The breakfast is fair and worth what you pay. The bedrooms are massive.

The room was directly on top of the busiest road in Lima with honking cars, alarms and trucks non-stop all night. The double bed for my partner and I was more like a single size.

Excellent breakfast in the morning! Enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to everything you need in Barranco. My room was street facing so a little noisy in the morning but not bad.

Was booked in a 3 bed room as a solo traveler and left with a note that I couldn't touch the other beds or I would be charged. This makes sense in theory, but felt a little silly as a rule. The front desk person also double checked the room when I was checking out to make sure I didn't use the beds (I hadn't) before I was able to leave.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and massive bed. Cafe onsite with delicious treats.

The hotel is situated within short walking distance from the bars and restaurants in vibrant Barranco. My room did not have its own bathrooom, but the shared bathtroom was spacious, modern and always clean. The room was big, very high ceiling. Breakfast was good, if not fantastic (you pay extra for breakfast). It's at Barranco's main street, so some traffic noise, but not in my room, which did not face the street. The people were nice and helpful. It's hard to beat for its price.

This is an Art Deco period building with many original features. The owners have added many finer touches, plants, sitting rooms, lovely little cafe. The room smelt lovely when we arrived. It has an elegant feel and really is a lovely place to stay. It's a short walk to the ocean and various cafes and bars.

The room was facing the road and very noisy because it’s an old house and windows were single pane and not sound proof at all. Had to sleep with earplugs!

Huge room with high ceilings, made our stay feel palatial. The attentiveness of staff added to this feeling. Daily free coffee/tea available was a nice touch. Various balcony areas were enjoyable. Highly recommend.

No early check-in, even for a fee.

The place is a beautiful old house, great style, and the host was chatty and friendly, with loads of advice about what to do and where to go. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and felt well looked after.

Lovely little property in a great district. Large bedrooms, lovely interior and clean.

The garden was beautiful, the hotel overall is very vintage. Plenty of restaurants around, night life is very active. Barranco is beautiful and full of art. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee was great.

Decoration can be improved

Excellent location with good safety features and a cool property. Breakfast is…ok but the fruit is exceptional. Staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming.

It’s LOUD!!! Book a room away from the main road as the walls are made of paper and you can feel every truck, bus and car alarm all night. The washroom facilities weren’t great.

Staff very warm and inviting. Hotel building over 200 years old but remodeled with new bathrooms, etc. 20' high ceilings, old windows, tiled or marble floors, very charming. Good fresh breakfast, good hot water, plants and flowers, interesting old photos on some walls. Great location in the heart of Barranco. We booked for one night but staying longer as we like it here!

No air-conditioning. It wasn't horrible when I was there but could really hot in summer
