This is not a fancy hotel - don’t come here if that’s what you are looking for! This is a clean and friendly local spot.

No-frills, straightforward budget location, perfect for a place to crash after a late flight into Lima. Room is small but bed is comfortable, shower has good water pressure, and the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast and coffee is provided. Really appreciated being able to check in so late in the evening and store my bags for a couple hours after checkout - the Huaca Pucllana is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel!

Nothing much, really.

The property is in a quiet locality in Miraflores. Felt safe, night or day. The staff were really very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a laundromat and a vegetarian restaurant within walking distance.

Great location! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Room was clean, with a hot shower and a heater for chilly nights. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Highly recommend!

We had a slight issue with the shower stopping midway but this resolved by itself after a few minutes.

There was 24 hour check in available , they were very helpful with the taxi to/from the airport and the room was clean and comfortable.

Some decorations to the rooms would make them much more homy. The view from the room was a bit depressing.

The hotel and the room was like on the photos, pretty modern equipment. The receptionists were extremely lovely and helpful! They helped us to plan our day in Miraflores and suggested options for sim card and money exchange, we really appreciated it as we landed in Lima for the first time.

It is located in a very convenient yet not too busy area. The supermarket - Plaza Vea is a 2-3 min walk where you can get everything, from mobile sim, to fresh groceries, supplies, pharmaceuticals - everything you would need. A couple of nice cafés at stones throw, one of them vegan with a great menu and value for money. The room is very comfortable, and although a bit small, but has everything in place for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed is super comfortable, linen is clean, rooms are cleaned well whenever you need. The room has an openable window which is great for fresh air ventilation. There is a little traffic noise but not bothersome. The staff is very warm, and understanding. Nicole went out of her way to make sure my dietary needs were fulfilled within the complimentary breakfast. They allowed me to store my large suitcase at the hotel so I can travel light from Lima to the Amazon. All the staff are very kind, proactive and helpful.

My room didn’t have an air conditioner, which I need sometimes since I get hot easily.

It is located in a safe area and close to most of places. The staff is really nice as well. I had to leave early in the morning, and the staff made me a sandwich and an orange juiced in a cute glass bottle for me to take!

Nicole, Fiorella, and Flor were amazing. They shared great info on places & tour meetups. I enjoyed chatting with them! The lounge had good music and wifi, was able to get a lot of work done. Best nearby places include Huaca Pucllana Site Museum where you can attend a guided outdoor tour of the pyramid and archaeological excavations, only a 5 min walk.

Away from the bustling and noisy Kennedy park you will find this little B&B tacked away. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. As it is located in a quiet neighborhood, nothing disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was simple and with limited options but it was very filling. The girls in the reception were always so helpful and welcoming. As a bonus, you are a breath away from Huaca Pucllana. Do not overlook this place!

We had the room on the first floor which is directly after the reception and we could hear everything through the door. The rooms upstairs are much better noise-wise.

This new B&B is very charming and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and keen on helping us wherever they could. The breakfast is delicous. The rooms are nice and spacious, as well as clean. Same for the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable! We would come again!

Our stay was great. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable (huge plus). Breakfast was delicious and a great start to our day. The place is very inviting with bright ample spaces. Location was very centric, close to restaurants and landmarks to visit. Will be coming back!!
