Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Loud street noise due to cars on stone pavers and poor window insulation, and creaky floor. Room darkening curtains would also be helpful
Spacious rooms. Lovely patio garden setting for breakfast. Great breakfast. Attentive staff provided bagged breakfast when we had a 3 am pick up for a trek.

It was clean property and they had security doors installed and it was 20 mins from the main square . Lots of cute restaurants near by. The staff was English speaking and very cordial . WiFi is awesome

Everything was great!
Great location and close to the sea! We felt at home from the moment we walked in, and Ernesto in reception was just amazing and did everything with a smile. So helpful and kind! Our room was really big and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Super quiet neighborhood, near everything, walkable to the Larcomar and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean, quiet, hot water for the tub! The breakfast has an orange juice maker, you get the juice fresh! It had fruit, eggs, cheese, avocado, variety of bread! It felt like a 5 star hotel. One of my favorites so far! Nothing to complain!

We stayed twice at this hotel. Once at the beginning for 2 nights and once at the end for 1 night. So this is for the 1 night stay and it was still a spectacular value overall. I wrote at length in my other review. Definitely recommend this place.

In- room coffee maker would be nice. Is a little bit of a walk to the shopping and restaurant areas.
Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious and the balcony was nice to have.

We definitely liked everything about this place... location (efficient Uber path to/from the airport & in a very pleasant neighborhood) - breakfast was a very good quality with many choices including hot eggs, bacon, delicious fresh fruit and all the side parts you'd expect - room size was good, clean with good AC and dark curtains - staff was always helpful with good interactions. Just really couldn't find a better combo to start off our trip. We decided to stay at the beginning and end of our trip and they were nice enough to keep a few heavy souvenirs in the office so that we didn't have to fly all over the country with them. Not 5 star hotel but extremely high value.

The pillows were a bit high, but the bed was comfy.
Nice and clean hotel, English-speaking staff, really great breakfast buffet. The hotel has a security gate so that people can't just walk in, which is good.

Hotel does not provide wash clothes, seems pretty common in Peruvian hotel.
Excellent location, close to the beach and Love Park. The breakfast was great, with a nice variety of fresh fruit. The room was simple but had comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was the highlight for me. It was near a lot of restaurants, mall, cafes and you could take a stroll around as it was in a residential area. The staff were amazing and very nice.

We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if we return to Lima. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Included breakfast was great. The property was secured with a locked entry. Those working the front desk were all very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our bags after checkout so we could explore the city for the day. It's located in a very nice area of the city. They also made some efforts around accessible facilities.

In the description, it mentions a restaurant which is little misleading. It does serve food 4-10pm but there's no lunch and the food is very limited (only wings or a burger). It's decent enough food but I certainly wouldn't call it restaurant. There's plenty of places to eat nearby though but it is sometimes nice to not have to leave the hotel for lunch/dinner which wasn't really an option.
Comfortable room, incredibly friendly staff, great location in Miraflores.
