We pay extra for the queen bed room, and even thought it was a nice bed, the room was internal, so the room window was in front of the hallway and stairs, nothing like the pictures on the profile that the profile had external windows to the street or the garden. The walls are thin and the hotel is old but well maintain.

Our room had window screens which did nothing against light. There were very strong lights outside with a movement sensor so many times a night it was daylight in our room. Very annoying.

There is staff available 24/7, and they are very friendly. Great location. Nice beds and hot shower. Great breakfast up on a rooftop terrace. Great mountain views from another rooftop terrace. Lolo, the tortuga!

Room could be a little bigger

Great location in the centre of Arequipa. Everything was on walking distance. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They have a hotel turtle in the garden named Lola. Fantastic to see a 45 year old walk around when you get out of your bed every morning :-). Good breakfast, they make you your eggs of choice in the morning.

In the centre of Arequipa, at a couple of minutes walking from the main square, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful (lady) receptionist, excellent breakfast on the roof. There is a small courtyard, which is ideal to relax after a day exploring the city. Tea and coffee available all day.

This was a fantastic location in Arequipa - essentially felt like we had little villas to ourselves. The staff were really, really kind - particularly the receptionist in the evenings and the breakfast chef!

There was loud music coming from a club nearby that played late into the night making it hard to get to sleep. It was especially annoying on the day we had a 2:30am pick up for a tour. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not.

The room was comfy for three people. The courtyard was beautiful and sunny. We enjoyed meeting the resident tortoise "Lolo".

The hotel is situated well and was in a quiet part of town so we were able to sleep well despite a very early start the next morning. The room was a great size, very comfortable bed and really friendly staff.

The receptionists were helpful, but some struggled a lot with English and google translator. We had a soaking in the room and needed assistance with that and it was quite complicated to solve not understanding each other. At booking.com we saw there is massage and spa available at the hotel, but there was none.

I was in a room next to the stairs and hallway. The walls didn’t block out much of the sound, which made a disruptive sleep.

Staff were friendly and very accomodating to your needs. I had an early morning flight, but I got my breakfast packaged which was very considerate. Rooms were clean, good beds and hot water showers. Hot water available with coca tea was very helpful with altitude headaches.

Close to Plaza de Armas, walking distance to the sights. Secure location, front door monitored. Desk is staffed 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful with recommendations. Hot water in the shower. Bathroom is serviced daily. Lovely rooftop patio with views of volcanoes. Breakfast had meat, cheese, fruit, juice, buns, omelettes. Boxed breakfast when we left early for a tour. Lovely grassy courtyard with a tortoise in it!
