Bathroom didn’t have good ventilation and everything got very wet with condensation during showers

Great location, very central. Great staff that are helpful, kind. They help with booking tours if you need. They let you store your luggage if you take a day trip to Machu Picchu. We enjoyed the view at breakfast and the free tea at any hour.

So welcoming, they contacted me a week or so before our stay to welcome us and see if we had any special requests. They organized transportation from the airport. Location was amazing, in a beautiful area of the old town. The staff was so helpful, they stored our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu and they recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Thank you so much!

Excellent hot shower, superb location and extra helpful staff. Highly recommend. Totally met our needs and went beyond in service. We were staying in 2 rooms as a family of 5 and they looked after us well, from late arrival to luggage storage and recommendations. Probably the best place we stayed in Peru for the money.

Nothing specific but one of the two rooms that we booked could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. It was not bad, but a bit run down.

Location, location, location. Was very convenient to go to the main plaza. Restaurants were all very near by. Great place for a couple of days of stay before or after Machu Pichu visit to get a feel for Cusco. Breakfast was good, they have a place to store luggage if needed between travels.

Location wise, this place is very centric. Just few minutes walk from Qoricancha. The breakfast spread was extremely varied and delicious. But what truly stole our hearts was the service. Sully and the whole team were extremely friendly and welcoming. We would come back!

Close to center and lots of resteraunts but also in a quiet alley with a few shops and resteraunts so it nice and quiet although very close to main square .staff very friendly breakfast was also good .very clean

The reception staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Great to have access to a Kitchenette as well as providing coca tea 24/7.

We stayed right below the breakfast area, so it was a bit noisy starting early in the morning from the people overhead.

Fantastic location, protected from street noise, very friendly staff, and beautiful view from the breakfast room. People went above and beyond to allow us to store luggage, help us find what we needed, orient us, etc.

Can be a little noisy when groups are walking along the wooden floor boards outside your room

Charming place, clean and functional, offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was on the rooftop with views of the city. Staff were super helpful when we were preparing to go for our hike.
