The manager was extremely kind & helpful. The kitchen was beautiful & as good as my kitchen in my own home. The whole place was rustic and charming and felt like home. We loved it. It was very cool there because of the type of building and time of year & because we came from a warm country, but the beds had electric blankets and lovely big duvets with lovely cotton bedding and soft pillows. I would go back 100%.

I loved my stay. I also do love cooking, so I cooked a lot in the kitchen. Newer and nonstick pans would make a huge difference for nice scramble eggs ❤️🙈🙏🏼 Overall, I really enjoyed my stay thank you!

Great place for pre or post retreats. It is quiet, bedrooms are comfortable, and beds do have electrical heating pads, a plus for the cold weather. The kitchen is big, they offer filtered water, and the kitchen has most of the essentials for cooking. You are surrounded by nature and the river is really close. It is a beautiful place for re-integration.

We loved this accommodation and it was hard to leave in the mornings because it was so comfortable! We really enjoyed our second floor bedroom with a balcony. The room was beautiful and well decorated and the view outside was stunning. We also loved the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed making several meals. It was amazing to have filtered water available! Something we found to be rare during our time in Peru and we really appreciated it. It is a bit outside town but it’s easy to catch a tuktuk and the location means that it’s really quiet at night. The host was also lovely and very welcoming!

I loved the Mountain views and peacefulness at the property. The kitchen was very organized, clean, and well equipped for cooking. Loved the people staying here, I made a couple new friends! The host steven was absolutely amazing, he made sure it felt like home and helped with anything that came up in a timely manner.

La Chakana is away from the center of Pisac but close enough to walk with great views of the ruins and mountains. Amazing communal kitchen and rooms are spacious (appreciate the heating pads! for chilly nights).

That other guest were smoking in common areas outside the room. The road is close but less traffic late at night.

Great location. Super friendly staff, Steven is a sweetheart and take care of both place and cats with lots of love. Loved my room and cute kitchen! Perfect walk 20 min down to Pisac by the small river.

The showers don’t have much pressure and don’t get hot, which wasn’t a problem for me, but could see it being a problem for others. Also, even though it’s out of town, it’s next to the main road so the trucks and motos are very loud almost all hours. If you want something silent, you’ll want to look off the main road.

The location could be better but of course then you are not in the mountains.

There was a nice big kitchen. The whole space was very spiritual and quiet. The people were very very nice and the beds/ rooms were amazing.

It was very relaxing and peaceful, the room was also very beautiful. Everything was clean and we had no problem with the shower, we always had warm water. The mattress can be electrically warmed up. The kitchen was fantastic, very well equipped, it was really nice to cook there everyday. Pisac is 20 minutes on foot or a few minutes with tuk tuk (3 soles) away.

Beautiful place to slow down for a bit. I recommend it for people who would like to stay for a bit longer. It really has a homey feel with cosy rooms and communal areas. The beds are super comfortable. Loved my stay here!

Great atmosphere. Really cosy, great kitchen and sitting areas. I loved my room! The hot water in Re shower was temperamental so that was annoying. I liked being a bit out of town and waking in. The view is amazing.
