We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe Restaurant ist just okay. The Manager could reach the level of friendliness other the rest of the staff.
The superior room are really nice, with floor heating, nice view into the valley and the garden. Beds also really comfortable. We loved staying there three nights. Staff was super friendly. A rental car is strongly recommend for the location as it makes you reach everything you want in your own pace.

We only stay one night as we were travelling to the Colca Valley, but wish we had more time there to enjoy the hot springs in the area....

They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Everything was great: the hotel location, the room, the landscape gardening, the food, peaceful setting, and service. I was also able to do astrophotography comfortably in the hotel gardens.
