Soundproofing was not great. Noise from street made sleep somewhat challenging.

Location was excellent. Property and rooms were modern clean, large and well designed. Would have liked main restaurant to have opened earlier for dinner. We were able to eat in the bar area with full menu but would have preferred restaurant after a long travel day.

Very big hotel. Sometimes you need to wait for check-in if more groups arrive in the same timeslot. (Only 2 reception desks)

Realy modern luxury hotel with amazing view. We loved our rooms, bathrooms, in-room coffee machine, the view, the silent and wellwork air condition. We also had lounge access, which was a realy great option. The staff can speak english very good, which is not a standard in Peru.

Even if you are a foreigner and therefore exempt from the 18% VAT tax on the room, if you buy food or drinks at the bar, there’s a 10% service charge and an 18% VAT on those items and if you tip on top of that, you’re paying about 40% on top of the actual cost. Just beware.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect right above the ocean. Food and drinks were really good.

The pool was too cold to swim in. That was disappointing since we booked it to use the beautiful pool.

The rooms were fantastic. The staff, the Christmas presents on our beds (Peruvian ornaments). Turn down service. The Larcomar mall was right across the street. Nice restaurants and shopping.

Had to transfer lifts to get to room. Not much seating in lobby when you were waiting. Too many people who were unable to have their problem resolved meant check-in was slow.

It is on us! : ) It was difficult to figure the lightning controls. They could be a bit more intuitive. We were sure they could come help us right away but were more focused on going for a walk and enjoy the great area where the hotel is located.

EVERYTHING!! From the moment you arrive they make you feel like you are the only guest and they were waiting for you. I cut myself unloading our suitcase and was offered medical services right away (declined First Aid but accepted band aids : ) The room was super elegant. The exercise room was fully equipped and you could see the ocean from the elliptical machines. The dinner was outstanding. The dishes were superb. The breakfast was a dream: Buffett to suit any taste. I requested that our 33rd Anniversary was mentioned AND THEY HAD WINE, CHOCOLATE AND FLOWERS WAITING IN OUR ROOM!! I wish there was an 11 for this hotel, the 10 is not enough!!

I like it all.

I love this place. I had an emergency, one of my kids was very sick and I had to take her to the er, when we came back I told the lady at the lobby because I was getting a separate room for her, and they send her a little get well card with a cup of hot tea to the room. It was very nice. And the bar... we love it.

They were doing construction during our stay renovating the upper floors, so during the day, some audible noise was present, but it was always quiet at night.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful and well-appointed; this extended to the bathroom with the incredible shower and vanity area. The lobby bar was also fantastic, with very friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is in a great area with beautiful ocean views if you face the water; there is also a very cool outdoor mall right across the street along the cliff face, which is a great place to shop and grab a great quick lunch.
