Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaYou can not manage the air conditioning. I tried to turn it on and it was only hot air. They told me that because of the season it was only hot air. But I wanted to sleep in a colder room and I couldn’t. Wifi was slow and unstable.

United KingdomNo dislikes. Only comments for awareness are 1) It's quite formal so there's not really a tourist atmosphere and any soft comforts., 2) the lifts were loud so they as they woke me up a few times... however, I'd happily stay there again.
Everything was good, including an excellent breakfast, location and general condition. The staff were also very helpful when I had to arrange for my bag to be delivered as it missed the connection.

United Kingdom- The 'ding' of the lift, which is very loud even from the rooms further away from the lift doors, and woke me up several mornings at 4am/5am - Breakfast could have a better selection/ range (some mornings the food included was quite odd, like leftover noodles! And there were few options for vegans, with items not marked as vegetarian/allergens)
Lovely hotel - the room was large with a very comfy bed, we loved the rooftop pool, and breakfast was nice. The location in Miraflores is great and very safe, close to the seafront and lots of cafes & restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly.

United KingdomJust be mindful that there are similarly named hotels nearby (our Uber went to the “Deluxe” instead of the “Executive” by mistake), and traffic in Lima can be unpredictable, so allow extra time when heading out.
We had a great stay at this hotel in Miraflores—its excellent location, comfy beds, pool, generous breakfast, welcome drink, and warm, friendly staff made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
