Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Really cool hotel, we were in an interesting old suite with lots of woodwork, functional windows, a bar and living area. Only regret is that we only had two nights here. We would definitely stay again.

United StatesThe root cause of our discontent was the noise coming from all the loud vehicles' horns eleven stories below. Lima's traffic is very congested, and the drivers use their horns for no reason whatsoever. The hotel lacks total sound insulation. I would not recommend this hotel restaurant for any meals other than the breakfast included in the room's price.
Geographically speaking, the hotel is well situated. The room provided was very dated, but extremely spacious. Without exaggeration, I have stayed at apartments that were half the size of this room. Everything in the room was in working order, and the staff was very helpful. The free breakfast offered a good variety of foods.

United KingdomThere was a huge leak in my ceiling coming from the room above and the hotel’s solution was to put towels on the floor until it stopped (48 hours later), they didn’t offer to move me. Parts of the ceiling had peeled off and I was a bit worried but they didn’t seem concerned. I was surprised for a 5-star hotel. The jacuzzi bath took 40 mins to fill and was impossible to use (despite instructions on the wall).
The room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location.

For a room overlooking a busy avenue, double-glazed windows should be standard. The curtains in the room were moldy, and the pillows were massive and too thick.

Hotel is in the excellent location in Miraflores, close to the Kennedy Park, close to the sea coast, and relatively close to the fastest transport in Lima (Metropolitano buses). The breakfast was good. the room (suite in fact)was very spacious and extremely comfortable. the hotel is rather old, but very well manitained, so it was pleasure to stay in it. Many thanks for the extraordinary kind and helpful staff of the hotel.
