We loved the gym, sauna, and pool. The breakfast was delightful. The rooms are spacious and modern. Upon check-in, they left fresh baked cookies and juice in our room. The restaurant has delicious food. All staff was friendly and helpful. Safe neighborhood close to all the sites.

The breakfast is amazing! Lots of variety, there's something for every different taste. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool because it only serves 7am-7pm, but it is really beautiful.

I was expecting a tub for this tier... the shower was very good tho.

There was a car on the street that it’s alarm went on about 5 am and the noise was evident in the rooms.

The minute you walk in you're greated by welcoming staff and walk into a cozy upscale lobby. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Every single staff member went above any beyond to ensure our stay was top tier. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. We will definitely be back!

Great attention and service. The food is amazing for a breakfast buffet, is all new produce every other day. The beds are comfortable and the AC was great.

I still didn’t get invoice sconce one week after asking. Will wrote another mail. Not normal! Also the price is exaggerated and quality corresponds more to 4 star in European classification.

Location was good

The staff gave us a room that smell like mold. We asked to change it a couple of times and every room they showed us smell like mold. We then again asked to change it and before we came into the room, the house keeping sprayed it with some air freshener so hard that it was impossible to breathe. That was the worst part because they were treating us like idiots with this spraying solution instead of upkeeping with the moldy smell. Later in the night we came in and our cards weren’t working. The staff gave us vouchers for free pisco sour. Luckily we did have pisco sours in the hotel that night and we put that charge on our room so we assumed that we could cover those with the vouchers. The staff didn’t allow us to do that. Overall felt like they don’t care about you at all. I had a much better experience in Iberostar in Lima which is at the same price point as Hyatt centric so I would highly recommend to choose that one. The service quality and the amenities are unparalleled.

The property is beautiful but people make it exceptional! Many thanks to Carolina (the assistant general manager) and her entire team for their professionalism, care and compassion! They truly know what customer service is! BRAVO!
