The owner is the nicest! If you have just arrived to the city, it is super nice to stay here because the location is great as well. I asked if I could extend my stay and he offered me a better room for an amazing rate. Would 100% recommend.

Even though I stayed an extra day, the only thing I didn’t like about this place was that I had to leave to continue my trip and I couldn’t stay any longer. Thanks for everything, Ricardo!

Absolutely everything was a 10 out of 10: -Ricardo, the host, just made me feel like at home. I can confidently say I had a home in Lima. He is welcoming, open minded, accommodating, service focused, friendly, careful. He really cares about the people staying at his home and he shows you that on a daily basis. I came to this trip alone with no plans and I only did what he recommended me. By the end of my trip, I decided I would come back to Lima to bring my mother and show her the city. All of this happened because everything I did was to follow his tips about restaurants, places to visit, how to commute, what to eat. And everything was just phenomenal. Huge thanks to him for making my trip unforgettable. And also to his girlfriend Hannah. I feel them both like my “Lima family”. On the other hand: -The location is excellent. -The house is: beautiful, comfortable, very big and spacious. -The facilities are great. There’s a full kitchen I was able to use for my home breakfasts and a huuuuuge rooftop for you to chill. -If you are a history and archeology lover, like I am, the Museo de Sitio Pucllana is just in front of the house. -There is also a tourism information office right next to the house, but you probably won’t need it because you will have Ricardo inside the house and and this tips will be even better. -There’s a beautiful and cozy park right in front of the house for you to chill or smoke. -There’s a giant supermarket within 5 mins to the house. -There are tons of nice restaurants, specially “Bodegón”, and bakeries, bars, gyms and shopping malls within a 3-5mins walking distance. -There are hospitals and transportation stations and stops within the area.

The location is wonderful! I walked all around Miraflores from here. Huaca Pucllana was just steps away. Really great restaurants were a short walk away, as was the gorgeous cliff top pedestrian park/walkway along the coast; an excellent place from which one can watch the sunset. Ricardo is a lovely host, and was very helpful with information, from restaurant recommendations (wonderful places I would not have found otherwise!) to referring me to the airport shuttle, which can do a pickup just a couple blocks away, which saved me money versus taking a private taxi. I would stay here again should I come back to Lima!

Nice room; would be better if there were windows open to the outside that allowed air circulation.

Excellent location if you plan to visit Museo de Sitio Huaca Pucllana. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great location and hosts. Comfortable and clean. Great price for what you get. Nice rooftop bar for some drinks on an evening if you wish. They also host cooking classes there for any foodies fancying that!

We are originally booked a twin ensuite room, but had a wattsapp the day before arrival saying there was a problem with our room, but he could offer us a smaller double instead. We agreed to that but when we arrived and had paid we were shown to a room without ensuite which looked like it was used normally by the owner as there were surfboards in the wadrobe, one of the doors were locked with a bicycle lock. We were told the toilet down the hall was for our use only, but it was being used by others. The toilet was dirty with used toilet paper in the bin, there was peas and a bit of pastry on the floor, public hairs and wet toilet paper on the floor. The shared kitchen was really dirty with a lot of used dishes in the sink. The terrace upstairs was being used for cooking classes, so wasn't really usable

Friendly informative host and opposite Huaca Pucllana Site Museum.
