This hotel is a short distance from many hostels and the price is much higher. My room had window facing the street and the noise level from Tuktuk taxis and people was very loud. Breakfast was very basic considering the price of the hotel.

It was close to the Peru Hop bus drop off and main meeting point.

In terms of the quality of the facilities and the rooms, the price didn't really match the expectations I had when booking. I feel it should be standard practice, especially when in the desert, to put a small fan in every room given that there is no air conditioning.

The best thing about this hotel is the location as it is right next to the sand dunes and in walking distance to the bars/restaurants in Huacachina. My partner and I stayed in a double room which was peaceful and quiet, making our stay relaxing and it is a main reason why we booked it. After hearing people complain of the rowdiness at nearby hostels we were definitely happy with our decision! The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool could have been cleaner. The facilities are a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The location was perfect! It was quiet and just steps away from the main touristy areas, restaurants, and night life. AC worked great. The hotel restaurant had a good menu selection and the staff was friendly. Easy day trips included:3 hours to Nasca, 40 minutes to Ica vineyards and 1.5 hours to Paracas.

The shower little risky, you have to go up the steps to get in the shower, the steps are small and slippery. The first night my foot got stuck in one of the steps since there is not enough space to step on it and there is a gap between the steps so peel the back of my heel. The second night trying to step side ways to avoid peeling my heel again I slipped on the step and felt very hard hitting my hip,shoulder and head with every hard surface on the way. When my girl came to rescue me she also hit my head when opened the door. Incas did better steps back in the days. The rest is fabulous.

Shower didn’t work properly, but they let us shower in a different room (which also worked for 50%). Nothing to say about the service though, they also let us shower after our check out on the free room ( at this time the shower was working! )

It was actually very quiet which was nice, especially at the pool. Very friendly staff, who let us check in 6h prior to the actual check in time. Room was fine

Lack of sound insulation, kids talking and playing in the hotel sounded like they were shouting in my room. TV is 90 degree angle to bed and isn't adjustable, don't know how you can watch it. Electrics were dodgy, lights didn't work or bulbs flashed. No heater or extra blankets. I was expecting better for £61/night.

Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and spoke English ❤️ Amount of hot water was good. Breakfast was ok.

The shower did not properly work and there was only one outlet behind the bed, very difficult to access. The WiFi did not work in the room on the second day. At the same time the property is under construction and that was not told before the booking.

Unfortunately there were a few things that were not satisfying for us. First, the staff did not speak a word of English making it difficult to check in and order our breakfast to go. We ended up having another guest helping us translating, and the staff promised us a take away breakfast, but in the morning the staff had no idea what we were talking about and we had to leave for a full day tour without breakfast (everything is closed nearby so not a chance to buy snacks to bring). Second, we had booked a room with AC, because I read in the reviews that not all rooms had AC. But the first room we were given was only with a fan, so I had to go down and change the room. That should be necessary, when I specifically booked and paid extra for an AC room. Third, there was no water pressure so very difficult to shower. All in all, we wanted to pay a bit more for a nice place. But we would have rather booked a much cheaper place, since we ended up with more trouble! For a one night stay I cannot recommend it unless you speak Spanish.

This is not related to the hotel itself but the area is pretty touristy so food options close to the hotel are overcharged, the best thing is to bring groceries from outside Huacachina to get fair prices

Location, it was pretty good, just in front of the big dunes and oasis. You have a parking lot inside the hotel which is very handy. There is a great pool in the center of the hotel and the breakfast is ok: tea, juice, bread and fried eggs.

The shower didnt work and the pressure was to strong, normally thats a plus , since it did not have a door the water splashed into the rest of the bathroom floor . we were not able to turn the shower head to a different position.

Great location, they have a pool that made it even better. The service was good, nothing too memorable.
