How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Florangel picked me up from the airport and the communication was great. She even got me water from a shop nearby as I didn't have any soles yet and gave me some good travel tips. The room was simple but comfortable and I headed back to the airport with ease the next day. Would definitely recommend for a stop over. Maybe you could walk during the day but it was much easier with the pick up/drop off.

The windows from rooms are oriented to inside. When they cook ,they cook and is not very pleasant in the room even if u close the windows.

Am a light sleeper, was woken up at daybreak by sound of rooster crowing. It stopped after a while.
Owner was super helpful in arranging shuttle to & fro airport, even in wee hours. Comfy bed, spacious room & hot shower.

The room faced the park. This was a nice view but made it a little noisy at night. The windows also were not sealed, which made the room a little drafty.
The hosts were very kind and helpful. The hotel and room was also very clean. The location felt safe in this part of the neighborhood.

Our bathroom had a slight gap between the stairway and our bathroom but everything else was fine.
Close to the airport, good TV, large room and wonderful host. We were picked up from the airport (for a small fee) which was very convenient as our flight landed at 11pm. Our cards didn't work on arrival but our host took us to an ATM the next day which we greatly appreciated.

The area is bad but close to the airport. Traveling from and to the airport should be by taxi or can be arranged by the hosts. If you want to visit Lima for a few days you should look for a hotel closer to the city.
Clean rooms, bathroom included, friendly people, easy to contact by whatsapp.

We had a very good experience in this hotel. Henry was extremely kind, he came to pick us up and accompany us to the airport even at complicated times. The proximity to the airport is very convenient.

It’s just a few minutes from the airport so, for those travelers who arrive in Lima late or have early departures, it’s very convenient. The facilities are not fancy but very clean and the bed is comfortably firm. The proprietor FlorAngel is very nice and there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport for an additional fee.

The family who lives downstairs could be a little bit more quiet.
It's a good place to stay while you wait for your next flight. Can't beat the price. They didn't offer any breakfast, they gave me directions to find a restaurant to go out to buy some breakfast. Overall a good place anyway.

No elevators which isn’t a problem for me but it’s not for people with mobility problems

It was extremely loud during our stay, first there were some party and on top of that the walls are that tight that your hear literally everything from the other rooms. Nothing for people with sleeping problems.
Close to the airport, very helpful staff. For the given price very good.

Very close to the airport. As a seasoned male traveler I found the walk safe. There were young people about and the bars I passed were mellow. It was midnight. Regular precaution taken
