How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room was not very clean, although it was cleaned to after one day.
Breakfast was pretty good for the Price and the stuft was really helpful and friendly

The water temperature of the shower did not stay perfectly consistent throughout and required some minor adjusting while showering. But the water pressure was excellent!
Everything was great; - attentive staff - location - clean - shower water pressure - luxurious bath towels - small packet of shampoo & conditioner, and soap in bathroom - included breakfast included fresh cooked scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bread rolls, butter, a few fresh fruits and juices, yogurts, sliced deli ham and cheese

In general, the place was good value for money but it can be noisy at times.
Suites Larco is central to restaurants, convenient stores, entertainment, chemist parks, Indian markets live music, and much more. The place is old but clean and tidy is only one lift in the building. Your room can be cleaned up only by request. Room is basic, NOT facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee also not small fridge. Not all the staff were friendly. Only Leonidas and Luis were attentive, kind, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was good and on time

It was noise. Very early morning car’s noise bothering us . I’m sleep light.
It was a nice location. Easy to get anywhere. Staff was very nice helpful, attentive, friendly.

The rooms lack hooks and some place where you can open your luggage and the hotel lacks a frontal place for a car to stop in front of the main gate.
Location was great - at Larco avenue in Miraflores, Lima. It is an apartment and everything you need is close to it. The breakfast was good enough, the stuff friendly. Room was ok but nothing special.

Very good location, within walking distance to everything. We stayed here 3 times during this trip (a total of 5 days). The room was spacious and clean, great value for money. The breakfast was also good.

the checking process but I believe because they were busy and only one front desk person. We had a 8 hrs flight so waiting to get in our room felt like ages.

Location was good, hotel was in the middle of Ave. Larco, 5 min walk from Kennedy Park, some 10-15 min from the waterfront. Lots of eateries, grocery store and restaurants around. 2 blocks max from the Airport Express bus stop.

It is right in front of the main road, and if you want to sleep in, you might be a bit disturbed by car horns, especially if you stay in the rooms at the front, although those rooms are the best rooms in the hotel.
I love the fact that the staff is very attentive and friendly. The ladies at the restaurant are the heart of this place. The receptioninst at the desk is always smiling, and even the personnel that take care of our luggage are super friendly! The location is perfect as it is on the heart of Miraflores... 10/10.

It was a pleasant stay.
