I collected the key from the owner. I gave them an estimated time of arrival, however I was 5 minutes and they had not waited to let me in. They came back after having lunch but that was half hour later. Eventually everything ok.

The location was good and easy to find.

It’s in the center of a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of places to go and things to see nearby. The hosts were super nice and let us leave our bags at their place after the check - out.

We had to wait quite a while before we got the key to get into the building. A lot of messaging back and forth. But whenever we did receive the keys, the room was beautiful.

The location, the room was overlooking Kennedy park which was amazing. The beds were soft and the ceiling fan was usable although a little tricky. Didn't get to use the shower but everything looked clean.

I stayed in the room with a balcony. It was very noisy practically 24/7. It is located right on the main street.

The hosts live nearby and give a separate room with own bathroom and wonderful balcony with a view to the park. Clean. The rooms are located right in the center, very good central location, in the building with other appartments. No fridge but the teapot was given upon request. Wifi is good. Pictures provided are true. Hosts are nice. It is just few rooms on the floor given for rent so this place is good for people who want privacy as far as in the regular hotel there are lots of people.

Despite getting daylight somehow, the room has no windows that open, they are opaque and screwed shut. I'm not sure if all rooms are like that. Checking in is a bit weird: it's a bit like and airBNB, you can whatsapp and a friendly lady will open the door for you, but the door bell doesn't seem to do anything at all. After that you just a set of keys so you can let yourself in, so that's fine.

The room itself is nice, spacious, has space to put your luggage etc. The bed is comfortable, though i suggest removing the layer of blankets before you even get on it, as they easily slide around and could land you on the floor. Beyond that it makes for a comfortable night sleep on a thick mattress. The location is perfect between Kennedy and 7 July parks, close to many shops, restaurants, transport options and such. Bathroom was good with a nice and warm shower, clean toilet, sink etc. They let me keep my bags in there for a couple of hours between checkout and having to go to the airport.

This isn't a hotel per se, but the rooms are nice and clean. Booking.com quoted me $54 for the stay, but when I paid, I had to pay $63.72. I still have no idea where this hidden charge came from, but as I didn't want to argue with the host, i just paid it. I was told it was the "commission" charge which I must pay - but after 4 weeks in Peru, this was the first time I had heard of and paid this charge.

Very central location, full vibe and noise of the city! Restaurants near by, as well as the Park. The tourist information is just 100m down the road, so good for the airport bus, and other things such as the start of the city walks etc.

No one to let me in. Had to wait for someone to leave building. I had no phone without wifi, so no way to contact manager. Rang doorbell but no one came. I think they were cleaning room and did not hear doorbell. Very noisy with cars and people - so difficult to sleep.

Location was excellent - across street from Kennedy Park. Bed was comfortable.

The only thing to consider is: noise. Since it’s located in Kennedy Park, there are lots of bars and restaurants around. So you will hear noise.

It’s not advertised as luxury but one should expect certain things. The shower was literally barely a dribble. There was no fan, no air con and without the balcony door open, unbearably stuffy. With the balcony doors open you might as well have placed your bed in the middle of a four lane highway it was that noisy- and not just till midnight but literally every night till 6am. Even with the balcony doors closed and earplugs in it was very very noisy. There was no means to make even tea or coffee, no bar fridge, just a real lack of resources.

It is in a good position to be close to what people like in Miraflores. Restaurants bars etc The owner was a nice woman but that hardly makes up for the actual tiny room and its issues.

This not an hotel per se (you won’t find it on google maps). These are rented room more or so like an Airbnb. It’s not sound proof so you’ll hear all the noise from the street and bars. I would recommend to stay there only for one night

The women in charge is kind and helpful. I did a very late check in and she opened the door.
