We stayed at 5th floor (only room there, besides the breakfast restaurant) and the problem is there's no window, and also in the morning it is noisy when people go to have breakfast.

The breakfast is very basic, with few options, and nothing can be refilled without paying an extra fee.

The hotel's location is very convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the main square and other attractions. The room is comfortable and spacious, but the bathroom is small.

Beautiful room in a good location with a great view of volcanoes from the outside deck and breakfast restaurant. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, huge comfortable bed.

Rooms are spacious and well kept. Beds are very comfortable. Central location can become a disadvantage in case there is some activity in town. They were very kind to move us to a quieter room for a particularly noisy night at no extra cost. Very grateful for that.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Mary helped us while our son had altitude sickness during our stay. They also let us stay a bit longer due to let my son rest a bit.

It was quite hot in the room, and since we had windows just to the inside part of the hotel where it was also hot, there wasnt much that could be done about it. It would be good to have air conditioning.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Arequipa. The staff in the hotel was extremely helpfull, breakfast was very nice, the room has really big and comfortable bed.
