Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaIf you have an early morning or late night flight, make sure you inform the owners before, or it will be difficult to contact them to open the main gate.
Great place to stay close to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. The owner was a very good person and stayed up and waited till I got a taxi to the airport, early on the morning. They prioritise safety of the people who stay there.

GermanySomeone broke into my room and stole valuables and documents (passport, ID card) while I was out for a short time (about 15 minutes). The hotel was completely empty according to the owners, all doors closed. Someone could only have got in with a key or through the window (but rather unlikely as it was on the 3rd floor) as there were no signs of a break-in. So you can guess for yourself who is behind all this. Who should you believe? Supposedly the area is only inhabited by "good people", including the owners. Nevertheless, I spent half the day with the police and missed my flight home. The owners didn't even get back to me when I asked if my passport had turned up. What evil people steal a passport if they already have found cash and other valuables? If you wanna get robbed and get your trip ruined, this is the perfect hotel.
The rooms were clean.

Israelthis is a hostel, not a hotel. Someone from the guest turn on the music very very loud and the staff of the hostel didn' t do nothing about it. it was very disappointing. And also I got at first place room with dirty bed, they had changed it to another room but it was a bad experience
