The property is clean, cozy, and comfortable and most importantly, quiet. It’s perfect for solo travelers, especially after a long journey when all you need is a good rest. I highly recommend this place. The staff were also incredibly helpful and kind.

Really nice room, spacey and clean. Daily cleaning. It was a little off the center( approx 10 minutes) but near the San Blas Mercado, which is nice. The staff was nice and helpful, give us our breakfast to go, the days we were on the road really early. In the night it gets really cold, but the rooms have blankets.

The staff couldn’t have been anymore friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The staff also had small breakfasts prepared for us the day we were going on trips. Excellent overall.

Coming up and down from 4th floor was tough without elevator. Water heater for the hotel seemed to be right next to my bedroom and would turn on and off all night long. The bedroom door opened into the cafeteria which was noisy.

The customer service was just awesome. The staff was curteous, willing to help and go out of their way as needed

Location is not that far from city centre, though could be confusing to find even for tour guides pickup

Staff is hospitable, smiling and speak some English - feels more like an apartment than hotel. Room is spacious (though it looks in the inner courtyard). And they have coca tea ready to drink in the lobby

As I mentioned no elevator, our breakfast was at the fourth floor for people who do have issues climbing up stairs it’s hard.

Room are very spacious, comfortable and clean, just hard for some people to go upstairs because there are no elevator. Staff was great to haul luggage to our room.

The room is very roomy and comfortable! It's in a great location close to everything you can walk but far enough that it is quiet. They had a hot breakfast ready for us every morning, even when we had to leave really early! The staff is very kind and helpful! We loved our stay here!!

The walls seemed thin; there were many loud noises that I could hear through my wall (coming from the floor(s) above me) during the day that were disruptive.

Breakfast was good. Crepes with mangoes, juice and fruit. When I couldn't eat something, they substituted it for something else. The room was spacious and clean. The location was 15 minute walk from the city centre, so not bad.

Nice breakfast and even gave us takeaway options when we couldn’t make it due to leaving early.

We stayed here before our trip to Machu Pichu. I got sick during my stay and staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great experience here thanks to the staff. On our final day we were leaving before breakfast and then even had a packed breakfast ready for us. They went above and beyond.
