Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaStaying on the main floor, near the cleaning room was loud. There was a window above my room door, so whenever someone was in the hall, my room would be bright. The curtains didn’t fully close, so I could see into the hallway and was cautious of if people were there. I am not sure what the second floor is like, but I would recommend trying to get a room up there. Not room 104.

United StatesMy very late check in was quick and smooth. The room and bed were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The staff were professional, personable, and helpful. Location within a few blocks of central Arequipa. All that was great, but the breakfast was beyond superb! Oh, my goodness! Perfect omelette made to order and a countertop covered with so many fresh goodies. Sliced baked ham, cheeses, sweet and savory breads, fresh fruits, and topped off with chocolate-covered strawberries and candied oranges. What a great way to start Valentine's Day every day!

Convenient room, nice shower, great location, and the best breakfast in Peru! Greate service! The kept by baggage while I went to Colca canyon, and when I was back both my baggage and my laundry was waiting for me in the room that I re-booked.
