Street traffic noise went on until the wee hours of the morning, which is to be expected in Lima.

Great location for exploring El Centro. Staff was helpful. Appreciated the storage of our luggage after checkout. Breakfast spread was good with eggs to order, fresh fruit & yogurt. Great coffee!

Lots of activities in the street, and the noise can be heard from your room. It’s best to bring some earplug.

It is so so so noisy! It's on a main road, and there is no soundproofing at all. I slept with earplugs, so it was fine at night, but during the day, it was hard to relax. Also, breakfast was ok at best. There's not much variety.

The location was excellent, shower was amazing and HOT! Bed was comfy and staff were super friendly and helpful.

My only quibble is that while the front desk staff was very friendly and personable their limited English language skills made communication difficult at times.

There were no chairs provided in the room. The only place to sit was on the bed. Otherwise a nice room.

Unfortunately the hotel is on a main road and does not have double glazing. It got really noisy at the weekend. bring a good set of earplugs and some mini speakers to drown out the racket.

The hotel is very nice. staff are friendly & helpful. My room was clean and well decorated. My room had a large TV with YouTube & Netflix applications. air-conditioning not too noisy. Shower nice and hot with good pressure. Nice breakfast and the coffee was amazing. The location is good for exploring the historical district and you can get the C bus to Miraflores from outside the hotel for 3.2 soles

Great central historic location. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. We stayed first two nights, left luggages in secure storage room, then stayed another night, after Cusco trip. Airport pickup service with reasonable fees.

Rooms that have not been renovated for a long time. Not comfortable bathroom. A lot of noise from outside even during the night.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was really good. Nice spacious rooms. The staff were great. We were going on a tour the day we checked out and they let us leave our luggage without any charge.

There was a fairly large number of guests in the breakfast area in the morning and the hotel perhaps needed a second attendant. Service (available coffee, juice) got a little behind.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We also were very pleased with the transport (taxi) service that they arranged for us several times. We felt very safe.

Room is ok and the bed is very comfortable but the sheets and the towels could be cleaner.

Excelent location, very close to Plaza Mayor and Historical center (5min walk). Good comunication with the hotel prior to arriving. Transfer from the airport at the cost of 20€. The staff is very nice and friendly and the breakfast was a good surprise: eggs (we get to choose which ones), fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee. Good shower, nice pressure and hot water.

Excellent location with easy walking to Plaza de Armes, the fish market for great restaurants and in the other direction, many cathedrals, restaurants are shopping. Very noisy in the evening. Staff very helpful and room very clean.

Comfortable hotel. Great location opposite Transmetropolitana station from where you can get to Miraflores in under 30 minutes. Great breakfast in pleasant area. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall an excellent place to stay.
