Closeness to the airport. Good for overnight stay. Early check in was asked for and given. This place would be ideal for a large group of friends traveling together. Very large space with 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting areas.

Property is located in Callao which is not a great district, although it has the advantage of being close to the airport. Strong smell (garbage?) in the block all around the hotel in the morning.

Host (Marcos) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Check-in was smooth. There were 2 bedrooms, both were comfortable and clean. The rate was quite cheap and the distance from the hotel was very short. We were served homemade breakfast in the morning, it was decent. They held our large travel bags after we checked out while we roamed the city, which was great.

There is no aircon, but the fans in the apartment provided adequate cooling during our stay.

The accommodation is spacious and quite comfortable, although some of the appliances (eg, coffee machine, oven) and fittings (eg, left-hand kitchen sink and wall sockets) could do with some maintenance attention. However, by far, the standout feature of this accommodation is the helpfulness and kindness of Marcos, the owner. He truly is a gem who helped us with our transfers to and from the accommodation and even arranged a most excellent takeaway meal for us from a local restaurant. Overall, Taytaypa is excellent value for money, well located for the airport, and is run by an owner for whom nothing is too much trouble to support his guests. Well done, and thank you again, Marcos.

Neighbourhood didn’t look very welcoming.

We didn’t actually stay here as it was extremely hot in Lima at the time. We opted to go to a hotel with A/C. This place is relatively close to the airport but not as close as it appears on the map due to road configurations and heavy traffic. It appeared clean. Needs updating but looked for a night.

Family owned apartment. Very helpful with Everything. Left us tea, coffee and snacks! Initially our taxi driver was concerned it was not a good area for 2 women to stay (near Lima airport), but it was quite nice, directly across from a lovely park and the helpfulness of the family answered any questions or concerns we might have had. Excellent value for money .

The showers were cold, which the adults enjoyed but the kids didn't very much! Also, the toilet flush wasn't working - not ideal! The breakfast was very simple - a bit more variety might have been nice.

It was just what we needed - a spacious apartment to rest between flights. The kids loved the playpark in the square and the beds were comfy. Fans were provided which were massively helpful in the heat! The host was great and didn't require us to check out until late as our flight wasn't until 11pm. Very, very kind.

It was just what we needed after a long couple of flights from London. They arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and took us back to the airport the next day. The beds were comfortable and we had a simple breakfast of bread, eggs and jam. The fans in every room were also great!
