I booked a room in this hotel because I arrived in Lima at 4.30 a.m. and had to check out early, apparently it was the only hotel on Booking that offered early check out (with a supplement), but the room they gave me was dirty: there were hairs in the sink and there were no towels, only one towel with stains on it because it had obviously been used, so I guess the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests checked out; room very noisy, depressing and cold; bathroom was basic and quite old; poor breakfast, served in the room (I don't know why); the wifi in the room was very slow; the surroundings are quite ugly, nothing to see and no shops; too expensive for the value.

There were just a few things I liked: the bed was comfortable; there was no lift but they helped with my luggage; staff was nice and helpful.

The guy at the front desk was unbelievably unhelpful. Worst stay in South America. He wouldn’t allow me to turn the light on and n the foyer to take a video call and I asked why not and explained it was important as I had an international flight. He said, you already checked out, you are using our internet and facilities when you should be. That’s what I get for spending $80USD for two nights. Absolute joke. Horrible experience.

The hotel lacks an elevator for upper floors, or a lobby for guests to wait at (in fact the staff seems not to like it when you do so in the ground level common area). The room itself is quite basic for a 3-star hotel - there are few amenities, they only provide one towel (sometimes with holes in it), the bathroom drains poorly and the toilet doesn't flush well. Finally the staff was rather unhelpful in general, and at check-in charged me more than was quoted by Booking.com (this was corrected later, and it was claimed, unsatisfactorily, that there was confusion over the exchange rate).

The hotel lists itself as a 3-star but it is really a 2-star business. Its best attribute is its location, which is in a quieter part of Miraflores, but still close to many restaurants and Parque Kennedy.

I found the hotel to meet all my expectations and have no issues to address here in this review space. The front desk service was always prompt and considerate. Professional staff do a fine job here at this hotel.

Quality all around. Felt very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone this hotel. Location was excellent. Internet WIFI strong. Air conditioning when needed was quite good. Well designed hotel room for travelers.

I arrived around 01:00 AM and since all stores were closed by that time, we asked the staff for water. They didn’t have any water at the hotel for us.. So went to bed very thirsty. Makes no sense that a hotel doesn’t have water, weird. And when we had to leave the hotel again in the night around 03:00 AM, the staff couldn’t call us a taxi, since they didn’t have any contacts for a taxi.. So we had to run around town for a taxi and barely made our flight.
