Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Pretty hotel in excellent location. The infinity pool on the rooftop is amazing, as is the restaurant and the viewing point.

Property was good. They were able to accommodate a late last minute reservation after canceled flights. The breakfast was great and they had tuk tuks available to get back to the airport. Only complaint was that the shower wasn’t super hot.

AustraliaWe only stayed one night but we couldn’t sleep as there appeared to be consistent furniture moving around or repairs in the room above us from about 11pm at night until early morning. My husband tried to complain but the receptionist seemed bewildered and said she would check with her manager but nothing happened. We even brought it up as we were checking out but again no action or explanation given. It was such a shame they didn’t action our complaint as everything else was great.
