Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PeruThe staff was great. Josslyn was very friendly in coordinating the reservation and facilitating an early check-in. Luis told me about Peruvian cuisine and helped me practice Spanish. Lucía was very friendly at check out and told me a lot about Peruvian culture. The breakfast was quite nice as well.

Good location near restaurants, banks, coffee shops, grocery store etc. very good and friendly staff. Several doorman to watch entrance lobby, a d restaurant area. They assisted with luggage upon arrival. Easy check in. Well organized . Concierge helpful with information and directions of area. Complimentary drinks provided. Very good breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of hot/cold food and beverages with lots of seating. Willing and able to accommodate for food allergy. Staff kept everything clean and refreshed Secure elevator that required room cards to use Clean and spacious room (#1103) with contemporary decor. Ac and or heat available on demand with central thermostat Large screen T.V. with many channels and streaming options Quiet and comfortable Maid service was respectful to our requests to clean or not to clean. They kept everything well stocked.
