Hot water was really hard to get. Breakfast can be improved with some more fresh ingredients.

The location is strategical since it’s exactly in the square of Puno’s cathedral. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms’ size can really change a lot depending on the luck!

Bedroom furniture worn in parts, but nothing terrible given price/value presented. Everything clean and maintained though.

Great location in the centre of town and facing a lovely church off the main square. Our room faced the church, which was lovely. Clean hotel, good breakfast. Overall value was very good. Very walkable to good restaurant options. Lovely staff.

The roof was a little cold that evening and a few barking dogs woke me up mid night.

I’m not sure why all the 3 star hotels in Peru have to have uncleared long dark gear attached to the wall or a shower curtain. Use glasses when cleaning, please. I don’t want to see someone’s long hair in my bathroom’s floor or walls.

Staff, breakfast and location were all great. While no one else in town literally could, they made extra phone calls and gave precise directions on how to reach Puerto Maldonado.

I stayed in two different rooms and both were very noisy: one because it was facing the main square, the other one had a service room next to it and there was a terrible noise from the water heaters? I didn’t like the breakfast.

The hotel is located right on the corner of the main Plaza in Puno. The stuff is very kind and helpful. They offer and excellent breakfast. I would return.

There is no doubt that some of the rooms and bathrooms could use a bit of TLC or an upgrade - BUT everything is spotlessly clean, perfectly comfortable and good value for money. If you want "brand new" everything this is not your place, but if you want a perfectly good hotel option for a reasonable price, then look no further.

Super central location yet quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who assisted me with arranging airport shuttles. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with comfy beds and pillows, decent hot water amount/pressure, and very good internet. Buffet breakfast provided a good range of options including different types of fresh fruit daily and fresh eggs. A recommended option in Puno - especially before and after your trip to Lago Titicaca.

I could not get enough heat in the water for a warm shower. The hotel did try to improve this but were unsuccessful. Both my friends' rooms had hot water though so maybe it was just a temporary problem in my room.

The bed was comfortable and had enough bedding for colder nights. Great location.

Very comfortable hotel, with heating, hot shower, desk and ample storage. The views of the cathedral were beautiful and sunny. Good breakfast. Nice reception area.

Shower head could use descaling and hairdryer is a bit melted which meant it didn't work for long.
