Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Awesome place to stay! It’s a really nice property in a really nice location. Supermarket on the next corner, easy walk to tourist area, and an archaeological site next door. Unfortunately my partner was sick during our stay - luckily, the bed was cosy, the internet was fast and stable, and the television worked well. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and free coffee and chilled, filtered water all day was a bonus. Hot water, great shower pressure; not much to dislike.

United StatesBreakfast was served in a fourth floor room. Not a problem for me, but since the building had no elevators, this would be a problem for those with mobility impairments.
Helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. Hotel is located a couple blocks from the Pucllana ruins. Location is near a large supermarket, good neighborhood in Miraflores. As a single woman traveler I felt safe. Good value.

Angelita was a wonderful receptionist at the front desk. She is very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to drop off our bags hours before check-in so we could start exploring unimpeded. She suggested great dining options nearby and allowed an early check-in when our rooms were ready. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a gem. The rooms were very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff do a great job. Breakfast was excellent, too. Great location. My whole family was impressed.

SlovakiaThe door/walls were not really soundproof my ground-level room was noisy due to people talking in the lobby. No A/C can be problematic on hot days. The breakfast options were a joke - they required me to choose either slice of cheese or butter with my eggs.
The room was modern, spacious and bright. Good safe location. The staff was helpful and nice.
