10/10 means definitely would stay again and also recommend to friends. Many things contributed to this stay: First of all, very kind and helpful hotel staff (hospitality+) and the location. Mini markets, restaurants, cafes close by. Safe to walk around also in the evening. Whoever reads this should know that the accomodation is very special because by just going left in a straight line and through the park one can reach the sea in about 5 minutes. Most sea view locations (as far as what we encountered at least) don't allow for going down to the waterfront. The maria reiche park also lights up the nazca lines in the evening which creates a lovely atmosphere to stroll around with a coffee :) Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay!

The owner was very nice and helpful. We spent only a night there on my transit from Cusco to US. Our flight was at 10pm and they allowed us to keep things in our room while we were exploring Lima, waiting for the flight time, which was very helpful. The location was great, a short walk from the ocean.

Lima is a difficult place to find your way around because of the traffic and lack of organised transportation, but, with Carmen and Alan's help, I was able to see the sights.

The owners Carmen and Alan are lovely people and always helpful. They went the extra mile and I could not recommend them more!

Everything was perfect

If you are looking for a safe/quiet place with great WiFi, hot shower, spacious room, then this place is for you. The couple who runs this are so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was hot with eggs, cheese, meats, bread, jam, choice of coffee and/or tea, plenty of juice and water. We loved our stay here and highly recommend. If you are looking to party, this is not the place for you. It is very calm and peaceful. In the morning we enjoyed a stroll on the paths among the upper coast. It’s a very nice/safe area. Exactly what we were looking for!

Breakfast was just ok

The location of this property was a pleasant surprise. The descriptions I had read in the reviews misled me. It’s only about a block and a half away from the walk along the Bluffs. It was nice to stroll to a restaurant and take a walk along the “boardwalk”, along with many other Peruvians. We discovered a point where people gather to sit out on the bluff or on the little walls and watch the sunset over the ocean and the islands. The hotel is very comfortable and the couple who run it were very nice. There is no elevator but the lady asked our Uber driver to carry our luggage upstairs! Carmen was exceptionally accommodating. We were arriving past their usual check in time and leaving 5 hours later in the early morning before breakfast was served. No problem! She waited up until we arrived, arranged airport transportation for the next morning AND sent us off with a packed breakfast!!! We very much appreciated all she did in the short time we were there. The place was charming and conveniently located in Miraflores. We would have loved to stay longer!!

It´s a quiet neighbourhood but there´s a kioks and an ice cream place next to it, and walking distance to supermarket, money exchange, and some nice cafes and restaurants

It was a bit annoying to have to ring the bell each time we had to enter, and even to leave the property.

The location was perfect, the closest possible to the stairs going to the beach (not a nice beach but still nice to go), and also near some good restaurants. The lady owner was charming.

Excellent location in Microflores, accessible to good restaurants, shops and coastal beaches. Hosts Carmen and her husband are amazing. They went above and beyond to get room ready. Even accomodate me to check in early as I arrive to Lima earlier than check in time. They treat you like family. Beautiful cosy clean room with view of garden. It's a little oasis. Details oriented with motion sensor lights at night in common area. Great homemade breakfast also. Perfect place to stay in Lima! Highly recommended

They value safety a lot, so the entryway was locked at all times. In order to get in and out of the property you have to ring for reception to open it for you. It has pros and cons but personally I would have preferred to be able to go in and out on my own.

Loved the rooms and the decor. Also the shower was hot and had a lot of water pressure. The location was perfect as it was a few meters away from the ocean-side, and a few blocks away from great restaurants. We stayed on Peru's independence day and they even invited us for a little party in honor of the holiday (with free snacks and drinks). The hosts were exceptionally helpful in all ways.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was not well equipped / organised, although it was quite spacious. There was no elevator, and no assistance was offered to carry the suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast options were limited.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was very good, the room was spacious and clean.
